have ya done much work to the chassis to prevent twist from the copious amounts of torque? like seam welding bracing underneath etc?

everything on the body is stock and no sign of ripples yet, the front x menber is starting to unpick itself and on the dyno it looks like the back doors are trying to open, in the process of changing the diff gears from 3.7s to 4.3s to get it of the line better, i'll be dissapointed if its slower than the manual, thanks for the kind words

Are you running the Toyota LSD or a Locker of some sort?

(I know in the old days you could get a CIG locker but now days people are using the BOC lockers :P )

4.3s are in and overall it feels better 2400rpm @ 100k, tune is checked, it does feel a bit better of the line but saturday will tell, its a factory LSD shimmed to almost being locked, hope to meet everyone on the weekend

I've found forum users have a propensity to chuck hissy fits and get all their threads deleted when something doesn't go the way they want.

Nearly..... apparently he was bragging about how cheap his insurance IS for his un-engineered and hence illegal car. A senior member had a polite go at him about it (considering his occupation) and he chucked a hissy over it.

 

I'm going to lock this up. If Rod returns and wants it opened again he can request a mod to open it.
