Are the rb30 alloy or steel block? Id only consider it if it were all alloy. Will it hit your steering or swaybar?

Cast iron block, alloy SOHC head. It'll probably hit bloody everywhere!!

unless its a 2JZ

There are no exceptions...

Speaking of the 2jz, they are a fair bit shorter than the rival (hardly) rb series motor. I just measured my bros one and it is 74cms from clear of the back of the motor to clearing the front pulleys. So this means the motor itself would actually fit into a ke30 with no firewall mods, (and no radiator).

I am not recommending this, and it aint legal, but its just another reason why the 2j is a better motor!

Anything is possible, A good mate of mine has a rb30et in a HJ kingswood, Handles like shit but its quick in a straight line.

If you want it bad enough you would have started it by now.

An RB30 in a kingswood is alot different than having one in an AE71, If it handles like shit it's obvious he has crap suspension.
