April 19, 200917 yr Author comment_337765 It may look good but not as good as my wicked 30 :jamie: Mini tubs are for girls. My mechanic built a ute like mine but not a one tonner. had a EFI 350 in it. He was gonna put these ridiculously wide wheels on it. Not going into detail but in the end, no flareage was required BUT the gap between the chassis rails was around 1.5- 2 feet (450mm-600mm for you metric folk) Edited April 19, 200917 yr by SLO-030 Report

April 20, 200917 yr Author comment_337910 The ute itself was FKN sick. WB welbody "body", HQ premier quad headlight front. Bucket seats, aircon that comes up behind the seats so it doesnt blow in ya face. MASSIVLY dished convo pros out back and some skinny (compared to rear) frontrunners. Knocked back $35,000 for it. Was asking for around $45,000 last time i saw it. Report

Bored and honed 40thou over ACL pistons Balanced bottom end Open out the chambers on the head to drop comp More than likely Double vlave springs. Probably solid lifters aswell (pending) Report

May 2, 200917 yr Author comment_341601 U-pull-it my friend. Smithius (i think) told me there was a 5K there as he had picked the elec dizzy off of it that afternoon. Got anally reamed for price (no lube), but i wasnt going to leave it there. Seeing as i took it out all by myself. Report

May 4, 200917 yr comment_341966 So now you need to find a leccy dizzy!! Well if its long long long term you shoudl buy my car when it comes up for sale and take the leccy out of it, they sell for a overrated nowadays ahhaha Gonna be sweet, so gonna be balanced, big cam? or are you gonna charge it? May 4, 200917 yr Author comment_342063 yea pretty much as i wrote on thw last page Bored and honed 40thou ACL pistons ACL bearings Balanced pistons, rods, crank and flywheel Either open up the chambers or slap on a 3K head to lower comp (BP if one comes up cheap) Possibly solid lifter it. Hydraulic lifters and non adjustable rockers scare me :D Slap the SC on the bugger. Now that this engine will pretty much be a new one with low comp i might wind up the boost a bit too :) Report
May 4, 200917 yr comment_342067 Haha darn read everything except the supercharger line :) O well good to hear!!! Estimated time of arrival? Travis Report
