May 19, 201016 yr comment_438557 Not all of the 3x "outlets" are for heater hoses. There needs to be a bypass between the the thermostat housing and the water pump. So what I'm guessing you need is a thermostat housing with one outlet - to go to water pump bypass (one of the pump ones) and then the other pump outlet is the actual heater line. I'll have a look in the shed for you tonight and see if I can find a single outlet thermo housing for you if you want? Report

May 22, 201016 yr Author comment_439269 I totally agree with you guys will look much better but I was lazy today and just continued to put it back together lol... they did come factory with some black sprayed on the radiator support to put more emphasis on the front end area. Which makes it look nice. Got bonnet, front apron and guards on today :D sorry about the shitty iPhone pic, am in a rush to go to work lol. Report
May 22, 201016 yr comment_439281 I agree with the above comments, it makes the front look a lot nicer. It's the same as areas like wheel arches, best to paint black the bits you don't want to stand out or be highlighted. Report
June 11, 201016 yr Author comment_444082 Ok so update... been a bit busy with TAFE, but holidays soon so should see some major progress.. Removed the roof lining this afternoon, going to get a new one made up. Decided that I'm going black interior and 20V 4age... Still not rubbed/buffed yet, havnt had time, need to work out what colour silver I'm going to spray the trims. I want a gunmetal grey colour... Once roof lining is done, rub back, buff, windows in and exterior put together.... Report
