yeah got a few good pics of crowns, will throw some up tonight.

tell you what is cool, the toyota crown "comforts" they use as taxis.

caught a few taxis over there (they are so cheap, especially with 4 people). the back left door can be opened electrically by the driver...and thats a factory thing!! (acording to wiki anyway)

and all leather seats too, they really are designed for "comfort"

no noisy gas powered falcons for the japanese, its leather interiour toyota crowns...with fender mirrors of course.

hehe check out the TRD version...3sfe supercharged!

Sometimes the driver gets really cranky if you open and close the door yourself :laff:

Did you also notice the LED light strips on the wheelarch section of the inner door? Mostly blue, some amber...

I loved the toyota-7 in GT4. Slap a stage 4 turbo on it and it had the best power to weight ratio of ANY car on that came including the polophonies.

the E7's went to the crusher and the 86's were all stolen by crazed initial d fans.

haha yeah no kes/86's to be seen...

i saw 1 trueno 86 my entire trip, which was parked in a train station parking lot halfway between tokyo and mt fuji.

was a tiny little town in the middle of the mountains.

admitedly i didnt go looking for older/modified cars etc, but yeah i hardly saw any.

saw 1 35 GTR, few 34gtrs and 2 32gtrs.

this one 32gtr was driven by this old guy, reminded me of takumis dad (bunta?) off initial d:P haha

was a beautiful gtr though, gun grey, completely standard.
