Quick question for you corolla eperts,, what k series head came out with the biggest valves?

I am no K motor man at all so I am probably wrong but I believe that the valves were the same but the ports were different.

Yeh I'm pretty sure your correct but i heard that the 3kb head has bigger valves?

1.The FAQ does not have valve sizes in the head section.

2. Could not find anything that mentions valves for a K motor searching "valve size"

3. After googling, I found this:

The forum search is quite frankly useless. Use the google CSE on the top left first, then you can try and do battle with the forum search.

From memory, early K heads : Big ports, small valves, then it went to big port bigger valves, and from that point they're all pretty much the same.

 

No real difference after the early K's.

You could find out from a parts supplier couldn't you, find out the different part numbers and go from there?

The first 3k's around 1969 or so in the ke11/17/18 through the ke2x series.
