i get the i can't beleive u spent more then 500 on that car how much ks it done and when i tell the como owners its only done 129xxx ks they go quiet hehehehe cuz theres have all done like 300xxx plus and there only 15 year old maybe ten year old cars lol rolla respect

I hate how people think that a corolla is the only car that I have ever owned and when you take into account the bang for buck you get out of them then the haters can suck a fat one.

I had a funny one the other day i was trying to convince my freind not to by a gts skyline but a rolla like mine and you want to no what he said he said no why would i do that why would i want a 30 year old fuel guzling pos car that will dye in to day .......... i like the fuel consumption part the most ;)

I showed an r34 driver that his pov pack edition, big exhuast and worst of all NON TURBO is slow :jamie: compared to my little old twink.

Could tell he was an ex-falcodore driver as when I backed off at what I thought was fast enough speed, he kept powering on. Maybe he was unhappy that an old piece of shit beat him?

Thats what puts a smile on my face.

 

Its never about the money spent, anyone that even bothers to count what they have spent is just kidding themselves and is here for all the wrong reasons.

If you are worried about the cost that goes into cars just catch a freaking bus. Alot of people say "why would you buy an old piece of shit like that? its going to cost you double what you bought it for to fix it?" and to that I respond, "so how mutch longer you still going to be in debt for that $30,000 car loan? I own my car and it only cost 1/10th of what you payed ;)".

My defence is always the twistys, which is what I like the rolla for.

So you are saying that when someone comes up beside you saying how shitty and slow your car would be compared to their car is that you can't use another means of transport that you have to provoke them to shut up?

 

If I was on my bike in the first place then they wouldn't be a smartass would they now?

 

BTW, only car that has been faster then the mrs rolla as yet is a XR6 typhoon which is a long story.

Rollas are nice because they make you look poor...

 

Its no good turning up to meet tenants in a flash car, they think you're making too much money and get a bit shitty. Same with buying stuff at some businesses, it pays not to rock up in a Lexus if you want a discount.

 

Panelbeater mate of mine won $800,000 in Lotto in NZ and went to BMW in his usual clothes. They ignored him, then treated him like shit and then wanted to know if he had a deposit and a credit history. He asked for the boss, got him to phone the bank and had the bank manager tell Mr BMW what his balance was... then he walked out and bought a Jag, where the people were very nice! ;)

because the original arguement was between the cars both of you are in at the time.

 

imagine if a pilot of an F1-11 had a race in his CAR vs you in your CAR, and he lost....then he said to you..."well.....ner my F1-11 beats your car!"

 

as for taking crap....meh i ignore it all.
