Anyways they in and I sit so much lower in it now, before I had to bend my neck just a tad! :laff:

I got mine and felt like my ass was on the road. Had to adjust all my mirrors.

 

Such a good upgrade. Need covers for mine so the popo don't defect me!

So glad I don't live in QLD. My 11 had the motor engineered in VIC. He mentioned nothing about the scheel seats in it.

This car and my mates race car(240rwkw 4agte) have totally changed my on "sev's". Love the quad headlights, the wheels and the simple white colour. Seats come out good to.

Yea I'm in Wa and they only catch you on the basic stuff (bald tires , rubbing tyres , To low , to loud , Blow off valves anything obvious to the eye )

With my 5k Supercharged I'm going to do the papers for the engine swap and when I get pulled over just hand them over the papers hoping it will deter them from looking closer :happy:

 

Anyway I'm off to Bunnings now to buy some sheet metal for my new centre console, Need to mount the isolator switch and make room for some gauges..Orrrrrrrrrrr I could mount all my gauges on the bonnet , the isolator switch on the roof and wear a fully sick unit shirt? :laff:

My mate keeps hitting me up, He'll fly from Perth here, we do the 5 day mission back.

Whats the go with spotting a Flat piston 4k?

99% are Flat top piston.

 

The dished piston ones are refered to as 4K-U. Dished pistons denoted by the tabs under the 1st and 4th spark plug tube as per dished piston 5K's

i'm using speco gauges. got a three pack for about 120 bucks. oil pressure, oil temp and ammeter. oil temp is useless tho, i have no where to tap it :(

 

they seem to work well, they look good too.

Oh yea seen that three pack on ebay...where you mount them? there must be a way to get oil temp.

Same mirrors as mine, don't look to bad on the guards. Hmmm

Got all my gear from the guy off eBay,

I got

-Chrome bumpers ( plastic bits at the end and the number plate lights for the rear )

-Quad lights ( Genuine Brackets )

-New Rear Lights ( with bulb holders )

-Grill and the Plastic covers over quad lights

All for $760 Inc Postage
