When my lights are on the parkers and dash do not work but when I brake the dash lights up and the rear brake lights do work.

Anyone had this problem?

I checked Fuses and earths, sounds like a short to me.

You thought about putting an adjustable panhard rod in this to solve the rubbing issue's on one side?

 

Not overly expensive and better than doing more guard work, and it's better to have it not crabbing slightly..
