Well, its that time again, 2005 BBQ X-mas Cruise to the Hinze Dam.

 

DATE - 8th of january

TIME : ~12:30pm (just after midday)

Location : Hinze Dam BBQ Area (look for the corollas)

 

Hopefully we can get A LOT of members together, considering we have an amazing influx of new members lately, its well overdue that I start to put exhaust note to user name.

 

Cruise Locations (please fuel up BEFORE you get to the meet & greet)

 

Brisbane Northside (Aspley McDonalds carpark)

Corner of Gayford and Albany Creek Roads (opposite the Hypermarket)

Meet & Greet --- 9:40am

Depart --- 10:00am

 

Brisbane Southside (Crazy Clarks Carpark, Andale Plaza, Springwood)

This is located a couple of hundred metres south of McDonalds beside the highway.

Meet & Greet --- 10:35am

Depart --- 10:45am

 

Goldcoast / Northern NSW (Shell Mudgereeba, street/ Hungry Jacks carpark)

This is located Just off the M1

Meet & Greet --- 11:45am

Depart --- 11:55am

 

These will be provided by Rollaclub management:

* Sausages

* Bread

* Sauce

* Onions

* Margarine (haha, Nick will REMEMBER THIS YEAR)

* Cooking Oil (haha, NICK WILL REMEMBER THE FREAKING OIL THIS YEAR)

* Cooking Utensils

* Plates, Cups, Serviettes.

 

You need to bring :

 

* Yourself (and friends / family / partner)

* Drinks and refreshments (non-alcoholic of course)

* Steak if you want to eat steak *instead*

* Sense of humour and adventure :D

 

There will be prizes, games and giveaways on the day.

 

We will also have Calendars ($30), Beanies ($15) and Stickers ($5) for sale on the day with PLENTY of each available.

 

Afterwards, we will have a quick cruise through the hinterland before finishing up at the Shell Mudgereeba for farewells and heading home.

I'll be there....might even try to get the silvia finished (haha fat chance).

 

Crazy clarks springwood is OK but its rather hard to get out of there and onto the highway cleanly. Most of the cruises Ive been on that have met up there, end up being split up on the highway which kinda sucks. I'll have a think about some alternatives.

f@$k, i just realised i'm busy every weekend in december. i've even double booked one!

the first is probably easiest to work plans around, or the third. and of them, sundays
