Will have you heard the new In Hearts Wake album? Apparently it's good, twenty-something on the Aria charts or whatever. I don't really like that kind of music but most of the guys in the band lived down the road from me.

I haven't heard their new stuff, no. I was into the first album big time. Met a few of them a couple of times. Sank some passion pop with caleb down near the YAC once. Seemed like a pretty cool dude.

 

I love metal but I understand why people don't like it. It was a bit much for my ears when I first listened to it. Just grew on me I guess. Maybe I was pissed off all the time and related to it. I dunno.

 

So where were you in Byron? Down near Suffolk and the Hills? Or in town?

I was like 16 at the time. That's not to say I didn't drink passion pop until I was 20 or so... It was the goods man. Used to get cases of it for like $30. Good times.
