February 7, 201214 yr comment_582923 You could shave them down if there's enough metal. But, You could also just run a 3 or 5mm slip on spacer to push the wheels out a bit, if you have stepped lips on the back of your rims that may be enough to fix it. Report

February 7, 201214 yr comment_582951 I've got the same problem on my ke30, I just bought a pair of 5mm spacers, although I should've got 10mm. Otherwise just get out the old angle grinder and shave off a few Mm. Report
February 11, 201214 yr comment_583841 Buy a set of wheels that fit. Hate to be in a serious accident and when investigated, it is found that you have ground the calipers down...... Also, arent spacers also illegal????? Report
February 11, 201214 yr comment_583844 Yeah, I think they are illegal but it's a quick, easy "fix". Buying wheels with the right offset helps...but in the meantime. Report

February 12, 201214 yr comment_584084 Check if theres other caliper types fitted to your car from factory, they may be more compact, get a set and swap them over or upgrade to later model calipers. Report
February 15, 201214 yr comment_584502 Spacers are legal if you get the bolt on ones. But those are generally bigger than 1cm. Report
February 16, 201214 yr comment_584847 This is not uncommon. 3 options. Replace the jap calipers for the aussie one's. (This is the perferered option) Grind about 2mm off the caliper where it touches. (I have this done to my road car will cause you no problems) Extend the wheel studs, fit a spacer and while your there get a strut bend to give you some neg camber. CYA Andy Report
