It's_AUDM_Yo Posted July 14, 2012 Author Report Posted July 14, 2012 (edited) ^Cheers zeph! So I put the AE86 clutch pedal assembly in today and it works a treat. Tomorrow I'll chuck auto pedal box in and she'll be sweet. Shout out to Rian for the pedal box! And the coilovers are ready to be welded up. Edited July 14, 2012 by It's_AUDM_Yo Quote
Jono.C Posted July 14, 2012 Report Posted July 14, 2012 Couldn't you just bend that brake lever? Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted July 14, 2012 Author Report Posted July 14, 2012 The brake lever? Not sure what you mean. The auto pedal box just has a brake pedal, Where as the manual is the same but then has the clutch pedal assembly welded on the side of it. In the AE86 the clutch and brake are separate as you can see. So i'm just going to put the KE70 auto one next to it. Does that answer you question? I'll take some photo's of both pedal box's tomorrow as this may be some use to people. Quote
Jono.C Posted July 14, 2012 Report Posted July 14, 2012 Yep i got how you were doing it. Sorry was looking at it the wrong way. That clutch lever looks to be on the right side of the column though? Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted July 14, 2012 Author Report Posted July 14, 2012 Yeah its a C shape like the KE70 ones. A bit silly but eh.. thats how Toyota did it. Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted July 17, 2012 Author Report Posted July 17, 2012 (edited) Did some random boring sh*t today like mounting the radiator/thermo. Fiddle with wires a bit so think I know what to do as for as wiring goes now. Edited July 17, 2012 by It's_AUDM_Yo Quote
