You may know this car as a B110. It's life was tragically cut short one night (sob...) as I sped up the right lane of a dual carriage way, only to have a Nissan Urvan turn across my line from the left lane to park in a centre of the road parking spot. Only another Datsun (Nissan) could have killed it. I went to the carb tuner again... and adjusted my tappet( before it was a bit noisy :hammer: ) and also replaced a jet in the carb.... Now i can feel the difference ....yeah :yes: The funniest thing is, i have calculated my fuel economy before the tuneup and it gave me an mind bending answer :hmm: And the answer is => 10km/l zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz :finger: :finger: i'm still thinking about that...... OMG that new ferrari FF also do about 6km/l.... :greenbounce: compare it.... PMP020 Posted October 31, 2012 Report Share Posted October 31, 2012 Do not put engine oil flush in a motor of this age !!!! All it will do is loosen the crud and block your pick up !!! Best way to clean it is, if your that worried, is strip the engine and scrub. As long as you don't attempt to 'flush' it, the crud will happily stay where it is and you'll have many more years of happy motoring from your K.
