So I put an AE93 speedo into my KE70 cluster for the speed sensor mainly to get rid of the CEL.

Turns out when I drilled into it to mount it I drilled through the speed sensor connection. D'oh.

Fixed, improved and re-installed. The clock has been replaced with a voltmeter and the charge light is no my CEL.

I removed the trip meter mechanism to fit the speedo but I think I could make it fit. If I can find another cheap 93 cluster Ill do it at a later stage along with a new perspex screen.

Next plan is to install the 9000rpm tacho.

It'll rev over 8. It's from a smallport engined ae93 so you'd assume the GZE would make it up there too.

There's a little adjustable spring for tension on the needle, I must have knocked it because now I'm reading 10kph out. That'll be a cnut to sort. Though I may be able to pull the front half of the dash off and adjust it on the fly.

I also want to get another fish tank thermostat and use it as a high temp wanring light. I could probably do all these things with a new ecu :P I like fiddling though.

Different heights so needed to space it out a bit.

Wiring all sorted, plus piggy backed the voltmeter off this wiring so its not hanging out the back of the cluster.

I have been offered an EMS dual sport ECU as trade for my T50 setup when I do my W55 conversion (which I need to pull finger and do). I was gonna sell all the T50 stuff and use the cash to fund getting the LSD installed in my diff but this could be a better option. Credit card could always get a workout for the LSD.

Went and helped a fellow E7 owner fix his charging and starting issue then swung past the Downshift meet.

The Diff isn't sounding great, I'm surprised the S series has lasted so well. I really need to pull finger and sort out the box and Diff.

Will get a new throwout bearing pressed on tomorrow then whack it all in on Saturday after a good degrease. The T50 and al the components with it being sold will fund getting the KAAZ 2 way installed in the zenki center.
