Car: 1979 KE38 Wagon (OMR510......Mr Slow)

 

Motor & Driveline: 4K and 4 spd (soon to be hotty 4k and 5spd and then very much later a 13B BP ) looking for tuff diff with LSD probably a Tarago/Corona MK2 diff

 

Suspension & Brakes: Stock with Nolathane bushes all round, however I have Whiteline swaybars on the way as well as Koni adjustable rears , upgrading to XT130 struts and Koni's again then I will lower it about 3" all round

 

Wheels & Tyres: SportMax XXR 513's 15X7 with +15 offset

 

Interior: Stock apart from 5" monster tach (out of my Datto 1600 13B BP and for the later 13B BP into the wags) Autotechnica steering wheel with TEQ horn button and Celica TEQ gear knob (both not in pics)

 

Body:Stock with 30yrs of small dents and scratches but still comes up nice

Motor & Driveline: SR20DE mounted to gearbox from a Nissan serina to modified tail shaft to standard rear axle.

 

Suspension & Brakes: sports rider springs, Monroe Gt gas strut inserts, AU ford falcon rotors and calipers, custom hub and custom stud pattern to fit KE55 front strut assembly,

 

Wheels & Tyres: Advanti 17in Flash 2 rims painted centers fitted with Maxxis 215/40 Z R17.

 

Interior: new carpet, new trim on seats, doors, dash, boot, partial shelf. New steering wheel. Updated dash to full digital.

 

Body: full respray of body in LG01 (lambo color (YELLOW) in PPG paint system), it is a there layer pearl with one coat of prizmatique. under bonnet and boot painted in black.

unusual change as you can imagine,

 

whack a 3RZ turbo engine leave it as it is, and chop them datto boys

 

I think i have seen them plates on the 1600 some time ago, back in 03??

Wheels & Tyres: Stock 13's at the moment , looking for some nice hotwires!

 

Interior: Immaculate and stock

 

Body: Very straight with paint work looking sharp . However front end has been rebuilt after a crash a long time ago i assume

 

Other: This little beast has somehow been keep in great condition with only 80,000 km on the clock , the interior and drive is like new .!

To do list is set of hotwires or jellybean mags and lower her a little ;)

Other: please don't be hatin', its my first ever car, haven't owned it for very long haha, finally decided to get a rolla and this one was the way to go.
