rob1 i thought it was doing some kind of quick times, and you don't need a roll cage for club days as long as your car is registered. fayt leigh forest raced the white ke11 in hillclimbs not the beige one. youre right baskerville is better i did 2 club days last year, symmons and baskerville, baskerville was more fun but only because i was drivin a stock mini 1100 and it only does like 135k's so it was a bit boring at symmons

fayt the green one had door cards and all of that but it only had front seats, i think it was an apsolute machine with bmw brakes on front and ke30 diff, flares like rob1's and 14" globes, love it rob1 the guy with the beige 1 is called tony walters, his daughter is very fast in both the rollas, i think she was doing something like 1.08's you should come to the club day I'm goin to at symmons on the 26th, I'm driven my mums 1600 with twin webber sidedraughts and volvo 4 spots on front, and some nice 15" alloys goes hard but has hardly any torque

the blue one thats now green was up for sale for 6500 and it had a 3k motor sitting staight up and down in stead of on a slant the beige one was sold only a few months ago to some one up north and it had a 86kw 4age in it and ran twin 45's intstead of efi and had no computer so it had points ignition ane the white one has a 20valve 100kw 4age in it and runs low times at baskerville and its actually a ke11 like mine, it has a straight cut and a trd lsd centre and stuff like that so it goes even faster, @ the last club day i was competing in it was doing around the 1.05 mark or something

hi every one the motorkhana is on this weekend Maxie's Motorkhana When: Sunday 22nd January 2006 Cost: Single $20 Where: "Clifton Park" Winkleigh Family (2) $25 Time: Scrutineering 11am Additional Family Member $5 Drivers Briefing 11.45am Start 12 noon Directions: As you drive north through Exeter on the West Tamar Highway A7, turn left onto C717, signposted ""Winkleigh and Flowery Gully", just past the Information Centre. Maxy's is just a little more than 4 miles (6.5km) alont hte C717 from Exeter on the right. You can see "Clifton Park" painted on the roof (?green) of a large shed on the right. Slow down. There should be an MG sign at the driveway entrance. "Clifton Park" is alson carved in the sandstone entrance. All welcome. For those who do not compete come and cheer for the competitors (get in practice for the Nat. Meet) and stay and enjoy the BYO BBQ after the event. cheers james

true corollas are every were i got a ke38 for parts and it was sitting in the bush were it had being for 5 years i paid $10 for it , it had a good 4k and 5 speed so that proves theyre cheap

them main reason i want to upgrade is because I'm on my 3rd diff in just under a year so a bit of an upgrade is in mind cheers james

down here in tassie there is a corolla ke70 ute that someone has cut down and painted pink and it drives around on the road

yeah they allow p platers b cause i don't have my licence yet and i have been competing for 2 years and yes stock cars are allowed , the 3rd place getter for motorkhana last year drove a stock nova cheers james

hi you guys should all meet up and go for a cruise to the motorkhana at exeter on the 22nd it doesnt start till 12.00 and you could compete aswell as it is pretty cheap i can give directions if anyone wants to go cheers james

it is held once a month or so next one will be on the 26th of march and will be held on bichumen in the pit lane for the latrobe speedway or theres a supersprints day on at symmons plains on the 26th of feburary both fun day cheers james

cmon people it will be a fun day a chance to give your car a good run can be very competetive with everything from skyline gtr's to minis only cost $20 or so for a day licence (cams) and $20 or so for entry doesnt matter what your car looks like just as long as it goes, steers, has a seatbelt and wont fall apart cheers james

mine has discs off a ke38 so it stops pretty good are you still running a stock diff cause i got a good ke10 diff 4 mine (auto) and it didnt make any noise at low speed, then we took it 4 a run up the high way at 110 k's for 10 minutes or so and it started makin noises again so maybe its just a ke10 thing I'm thinking of upgrading to a mk 1 eski diff

cept yous is lowered and has a 5k (which i can't afford but want) your mags look the same to does yours have discs on the front????? what are they off????? cheers james

hi you can get a cams come and try day licence for like $20 and i don't think a 320 hp rx7 would be real good scene this motor kana is on dirt but corollas are real good at it , my corolla won its class last year and the year b4 beating mgb gt V8s and other cars too just come along and have a go its fun. it is run by the mg car club aswell so you dad would probably know people that go to it cheers james
