wow, that it so cool, i want one, were they ever realeased in australia??? are you going to keep it as a stocker or is it going 7K like your others??? were are you hiding all these cars? it seems you bring a new one out every couple of weeks :abuse: i will be expectiing another ke1* corolla to come out of storage next week :dance: , i wanna see more of your cars, GL with this car cheers james

yeah mate, i will get one for you on the weekend, i might have a go at changing the front stud pattern on the weekend but i want to concentrate on getting my motor back togeather and running and getting my brakes hooked up as i have just put a datsun 200b twin master cylinder in. cheers james

when i did my car i got the paint code for it and had the paint matched, when i compared it to the colour of the insides and stuff of my car it was different, so i took them my fuel door and they matched it so that i didnt have two diffent colour paint if i didnt do under the bonnet. cheers

so its still ok that its borg??? ke38 is the same as ke55 i think so are they still the same???? i allready have the ke38 brakes on the front and i have the hubs ready to go on just got to switch the bearings and on go those 13x7 wheels :dance: how much do i have to take off the ends of the axles and will i have to get it done properly by some one else or can i do it at home???? cheers james

that engine looks great in there, what is the booster and mastercylinder off and what kind of swaybar is it, will a ke20 one fit the front of a ke10???? good luck with it, cheers james

i have a ke38 diff which is borg and a ke20 borg in my car, i want to upgrade to late model stud pattern so i can get better wheel and tyres choice. am i better off using ke30 B/W axles or ke38, i don't want to get a jap diff because i have just done the mounts, tail shaft and hand brake to borg spec can anyone help me please cheers james

i don't think that it matters about tyres out of gaurds if its just the side walls and not any of the tread, those wheels on both those cars don't stick out much even the last pic, i had 10 inch wide formula 2 steele wheels and slicks on the back of my ke11, they were like 5 inchs out of the gaurds, looked wicked because they had so much dish and thaey are only steelies cheers

this car is gunna be sweet. are you going to put the hotwires on the ke25 or wil you sell them??, do you know were the guy got his flares from, i am looking for a set to go on my ke11 cheers james

is there any problems in doing this conversion, like the sump and the exhaust, the T50 should fit in my manuel ke11 tunnel, i am planning on getting some engine mounts from thomo, can u get a single dellorto side draught manifold to fit on a 4a??? i have done a diff upgrade, its a ke20 borgy, brakes are ke55 front and ke20 rear, is a ke20 radiator big enough to keep it cool for 4 fast racing laps at symmons plains with a thermo fan on it?? what clutch master cylinder should i use, ive got a datsun 1600 one if that is any use??? is a 4a a much heavier motor if so, will my ke10 front struts with ke20 springs hold the extra weigh, if i have anything wrong tell me what i should change cheers

not that i know of it was just running a 4ag with twin weber and was pretty damn fast, was sold a few months back to someone up north who is now doing hillclimbs and khanas in it, i was talking to the old owner of the beige one and he told me the whole story like u just did about someone getting it out and going again, i would have loved to buy it when it was for sale but i didnt have the money at the time how were the brakes put on the front of it??? did you make a complete custom set up or were they bold on, i am intrested in this setup for my car cheers james

i have dug out a ke55 one that you can borrow but i am at sorell, give me a ring on 62651055 and ask for james and i will try and arrange a way for you to get it, i can get it to bellrive on the eastern shore if that is more convenient for you cheers james

i was thinking about moon discs but i don't think they would suit my car and plus they don't come in 13".... ta22 ones might be worth a try, i was looking at early mazda ones aswell if anyone has any pics of ke1* cars with cool 13" hub caps post em up

what 13" hubcaps should i use on my ke11, they must be a full cap and not just centre ones any suggestions welcome cheers james

when i want to see how fast the cars engine will spin the wheels and give you a dodgy top speed i jack it up and put jack stands under it and then drive it right through the gears until it wont go anyfaster and is redlining, works but i don't think it would be very accurate???? my mate did the same but went on grass and spun the wheels through all the gears until it got to its top speed, so it was like a 170k burnout.. both these ways are very dangerous and i wouldnt advise doing them as the car may slip as the wheels are going very fast.... cheers

get a 4ac man, there was another fella on here drifting with one and he even turbo'd it, they cost next to nothing and there is a never ending supply of them out there so it doesnt matter if you kill a few, u could even pu8t ur twin carbies on the 4ac for a bit more grunt cheers -

that capella is nice, saw it out at baskerville once up on the hill, it had superlite style wheels on it then , has the bloke still got them/wanna sell them??? nice t18 by the way i see it most mornings driving over the top of waverly street, its nice and low cheers james

here is my main car my 1970 ke11, we have 26 cars in total at my place which all belong to my family, we have a little bit of everything in the car selection, and ill chuck in a pick of our 1600 race car also for a stir hey brendo shoot me your email addy and i will send you a couple of pics i have of your ke10 at baskerville when the old owner had it , we use to go out to baskerville with him some times, i might even have a vid of it.......... cheers james

i i know a bloke who has a ke11 and had a ke10 with t50's in them, i think one used the standard tunnel but i don't know if it was an auto or not, my ke55 k50 was a bit of a tight squeez into my manuel ke11 so i don't know
