mine were the same as ke20 so they fitted straight in.... yours should be pretty good suspension wise once you got the konis in the front, good front shocks is something that my car lacks, did you get those konis from ebay???? i think ROL-110 made a post on here ages ago saying how to do it and he had pics and all, and he had pics of all the springs togeather have a bit of a look around for that one

this is how my ke38 looks with the corona twinnies, i probaly should have made up proper brackets for them but i couldnt be bothered so i just cabletided one side in and just put one light plug on, i had both of the wired up but they started f*cking up so i just have the outside ones now

ke20, ke70 and ke10 all have the same spring diameter but ke20 and ke70 are thicker coils and are stronger rate than pissey little ke10 ones, so all i did was take out the ke10 springs and cut down my ke20 ones 2" and shove them in, then i did the thing using ke20 top hats were you make up the little spacer and i just tightened them up and didnt bother welding them, they seem to work pretty well, and ive got a set of near new ke20 KYB shocks in the back

ke20, ke55 and ke30 have the shifter in the same spot, ke10 has it right foward and ke70 has it back, in my ke11 i had to cut a new hole for the ke55 box and i just used the metal ring from inside the shifter boot and screwed it down ove the top of a piece on old metal, passed my vintage car rego

i took my transverse leaf out of the car and put in cut down ke20 springs and did the thing with the top hats, works ok and it seems fairly stiff in the front,

i did this with my car when i got it regoed on VC plates, just had my engine number changed to a 4k one

i used corona ones in my ke38 they look fine and i just drilled 2 new holes on the inside and used a few cable ties on the outside, but my car doesnt go on the road at all

yep they fit both are the same and so are solex sidedraughts

i have done a search and havent come up with much I'm using ke20 front struts with ke55 brakes and standard strut tops, i got myself a pair of ford escort KMAC adjustable strut tops, they were all good and they fitted right in there fine, until i tryed to adjust them or get some camber but when they more the whole bottom section moves from the other part so there is no room around the edge to put any camber on, i have read about using GH sigma LCA's for about 3 deg, will these fit the ke20, is there a better way of doing it??? and will TA22 struts fit in it? if so will i need different tie rod ends, just need a definate answer cheers james

spotted the pink rolla today, and saw 3 t18's in 10 minutes all cruising around town, one of them had a sticker on the back of it saying" T18 macho machine" was pretty funny

i got it and the struts

just rebuild your old box like taz said, i did that with my 4 speed as it had noisey bearing and its like a new box now, didnt cost much either, about $30 if i remember right from a bearing shop, i just took my old ones in and they matched them up with new ones

my ke11 has a 4k in it and when i went to ge tthe rego check done the guy told me to just change the engine number on the rego sheets and say that i just did an engine swap instead of a conversion

i run a 2" system with one lukey muffler and extractors on my ke11, sounds good and seems to have made a little bit of a difference, people say 2" is to big but i think its fine, if you wanted to upgrade your carby you could stick a down draught weber on it but theres no problems with the old asians

i saw a ke11 a ke10 2 ke20's and a ke38 before i even left my own yard :) was driving past the hobart show grounds and saw a ke30 2 door which looked like the owner had got there paints from chicken feed, mettalic silver and the chicken feed bottle green 2 tone didnt look realy good :cool: cheers james

my ke20 is still for sale, comes with some parts and and has no motor or box after $300 ono also a lot of other ke20 parts still for sale cheers james

i think they look good painted, they look a bit plain in the bottom pick with no paint, what brakes have you got on it?? leafs should be pretty strong cheers

yeah i have that mag to, and i got a few of the ke15, ke10's and ke11's at bathurst from old race photos but i have been looking for some more, also got a few of the team AMI corollas at symmons and baskerville and i was looking for more of the AMI racing corollas will post some in your new thread cheers james

thats kinda the look ive been trying to get with my ke11 with the period style mods and I'm in the process of getting some cobra classic seats, have you got any pics of old racing ke10's gav??? i only have a couple of the AMI racing corollas from the 60's but can't find anymore cheers james

well my ke20's back for sale some one wanted it but i can't remember who it was, it was one of the fellas with the red ke30/55's, i just can't remember which one could ya send me a message if ya still intrested?? if he doesnt want it its up for grabs also for sale ke20 kph speedo and lots of other ke20 stuff has anyone got a 4ac starter motor and dissy???, need these to get my ke38 going again, cheers james
