hey guys just to let you know how the job search went. I'm starting a Roof Plumbing apprentiship this friday, so installing down pipes gutters and shettings on house and commercial buildings roofs. Actually pretty keen for this, 3 year apprenticeship should be hard work but worth it by the pay once i finish. Edit: forgot to mention I'm affraid of heights to 'All trades queensland' :|

not to sure on that one, it must have come though the valves. because there is absolutly no room to come from underneath the piston and there was no damage to the piston cylinder wall its a mystery :|

4k is back in just getting me around for the moment. found the problem with the 5k as soon as the head came, a random nut made its way into the piston chamber thingo. (diagram will explain) which was stopping the number 1 piston going all the way to the top and sparking. (which is why the crank wouldnt turn) everything thing else is fine and not chipped/broken/cracked so the 5k should be getting dropped back in this weekend :) that drag race is still on reed

i like the bottom one alot, mainly because the crown is ontop of everything else, kind of makes sense. where as the first one is way to spaced out :) goodluck

it was working perfect, yeah i think ill be needing the gasket kit now, cause i have to pull it apart to see whats blocking the crank from turning wont know whats wrong with it untill its pulled apart

4k's going back in this weekend. then a slow rebuild of the 5k :(

also tryied clutch starting it, but if just wasnt working. i would pop the clutch and the car would just stop. Like I was not moving fast enough Edit: tryed the plugs that didnt help. It doesnt seem to be a electrical problem. more mechanical. I'm going to have to pull it apart and see why its f@$ked haha

absoultly perfect, then it just would turn over again. it was just giving the click of the starter motor, this migh not make sense, but when dad turned the crankshaft in the opposite direction, the starter motor would spin the crankshaft but then it would just stop dead. Like it does when you try turn it with a ratchet
