  7. ill be along for just the meet up as i have other arrangements. just so i can put names to face.
  8. i doubt you'll be able to show up a holden cruise :D only coz those thigs breed like rabbits but u can try but i shall post it on twincam and toyotacarclub as well
  9. but can be made cool and less hairdresserish with a 4efte transplant :D
  10. nah a hairdressermobile is an mx5 or a rav4 :P
  11. noice pick up! do i see a 3sgte conversion in future? or is it purely going to be a daily?
  12. ill be along for sure now that i can get some time off work
  13. it is abit like that :hmm: Ok now lets see i have some info on the next get together for here, but first ill start a new thread so i don't clutter this one up
  14. i have king lows all round with kyb excel g's, 20mm front sway bar, 24mm rear sway bar, front strut top bar, polyurethane bushes right through out and 16 inch rims. ride a little bumpy but not unbearable since i know that all four wheels are staying in contact with the ground (no offence to mr revhead) i personally havent had issues with my king springs on any of my cars past and present and neither have my friends who have used king springs, and they are a good alternative maybe not the best but that are still good product, and plus it entirely up to you as a person what product u use in ur car
  15. pcd 4x100 offset +38 to +45 centre hole is 55mm on the ae101/102 upwards but this has been stated before in this thread I'm just making sure that its all in one post
  16. 16's should be fine, but in saying that you should check the off set of the wheels as well which should be +38 to +45. if your worried bout the rears scrubbing you should also think bout getting the lip on the rear guards rolled
  17. lol i don't think its a hoax i know its a hoax :D lol this has been floating round for awhile :o, the ad was changed after the car was sold. plus there one bout a hot house green corolla late last year as well, that was by the same person one of the advantages of reading www.twincam.org's prading toast :)
  18. and they should be walking round in extremely tight and short skirts or shorts and revealing tops handing flyers out  oh and maybe a few good looking cars :y: i think i may have talked myself into going but I'm not sure :D
  19. oh and lesley u forgot the rice+++++++++++ on the end of that post :y:
  20. well aust delivered is ae102 not ae101. and is it front brakes or rear brakes ur after? if they are front brakes it will require the changing of the front wheel bearings and carriers as the ae102 has a 55mm center hole and the ae82 has a 54mm center hole. best option for front brakes is the ae92gti/seca sx s2 brakes straight swap without the hassles of changing bearings and carriers. rear brakes are just as easy coz both ae82/92 rear disc bolt up to the ae82. plus one other thing to do is to change the brake master cylinder so that you have the right front and rear brake bias. (hint i swapped to the gti discs alround but kept the original brake master cylinder so currently my car has more front brake bias and it is easier to lock the front brakes)
  21. nickname MYSTIK name Dale ride AE92 Corolla no pic coz if i put my ugly mug up here you'll probably all go blind
  22. this is probably better off as a wanted ad in the market place
  23. ae101 brakes as in superstrut or non superstrut? coz if you are after superstruts the calipers bolt on fine but the rotors will need machining to fit http://www.twincam.info/index.php?showtopic=1063 <<< give this a read and all shall be revealled :D after a gear box try paradise toyota on main north road they'll probably have a few
