Dash resto guy on the gold coast did mine, cost and arm and a leg, worth it tho Mine only takes 10 mins to take out, including the S13 cluster and guages and i have the roll cage in their, possibly i have mine mounted differently, I'm not sure why you want an adjustable steering, perhaps height??? the KE30 Two Door dash is a work of art IMO and has endless options to setup guages or clusters, otherwise, cut and shut a S13 silvia dash and centre console, make your own brackets, patience and skill would be needed
