Find a reputable diff shop, take both diffs to them, and have them, cut and shut the hilux same width, and graft the rolla diff mounts and will bolt straight up, If you want a different track to tell them, Hilux diffs have ford 5 stud and large drums with 4.33 diff gears, so could leave it drum, and get a hoppers front kit in ford stud pattern, Depends how far you want to go, your location may help also

Hilux Diff with 3.7 LSD and Pintara disc brakes is what I'm running, I have never dropped the clutch, but holds the power and very easy to hold onto
