  2. people have put rx7 brakes on ae86s, but there's really not alot of info about it out there. they have different struts to ke55s anyway the hilux caliper / peugeot disc / corona strut upgrade is far easier and well documents and fairy bolt together. i'd suggest doing that if you want to stop better

  6. yes, but i'm not sure what effect it would have (hardening/softeneing, etc) on head alloy. that's part of the reason you don't cut springs with an angle grinder, it changes the tempering of the metal. get stewart to sign up and post here

  9. or, you can use it to your advantage, to change the way the car pitches and to correct driveline inequalities. like how the ass of an evo 7 sits so high, so they turn in better. it looks stupid, but it works interesting fact about aftermarket shocks being shorter and stiffer, i was not aware of that :rocknroll:

  20. i believe so. if you pull the face off each gauge, there should be "xxx revs per km" or per mile on there. some handy maths could check if the miles per hour speedo needs 1.609 times more revs than the km/h speedo, or not
