If you have configured the 'throttle setup' min and max settings then the ecu is probably sending the wrong voltage to the TPS, check to see what the voltage is.

CAI = denser air = better economy. Removing fan = less engine drag = better economy. I did not believe the results until I seen them either but it is true.

Cousin has a 3rz auto space cab 2wd hilux, after replacing the engine fan with a thermo and putting a CAI pod on it it gets 200k's more to a tank which is was only averaging 450 before hand.

From my experience: With E10 in a 4age you have to pull about 5 degrees of timing out of it an the car is still very reliable (Mrs put e10 in one day). With Shell v-racing power (now N/A) the 4age ran great. Would love to see one running with E85.

Maybe the windows need to be recalibrated like on the D24 Navara.

Prius is 3.9 combined fuel usage, the same engine used in the Yaris (1NZ) which does 6.5L/100 (Ex had a brand new one) on it's own.

Try just under 4L/100.

Have emailed him and got a reply, just keeping my options open for my bike. You guys think it is hard to find and dear to get parts for an import car, try getting them for an import bike that is 20 years old.
