What do you call low boost? I have spoken to people that have run a standard unopend 4age bigport (with the 4age ecu) on 10psi for years without any dramas and the 4agze ecu cannot be programmed. Yes they have a knock sensor.

Is that 800mm between the frame structure or 800 after the door surrounds are in, The doorways here at home are 800mm and Shawn can get his chair through but the disability house he is in has larger doorways and sliding doors all through the house (apart from the front door).

And this was meant to be a temporary fix until you got the money to get another car registered and pull the 5k out and freshen it up, I did say to you that I didn't like removing a head just to do a gasket as there are chances of it needing machining altho most of the time a head will be square.

Best way to clean it out is with small corse rocks, I use this method whenever I do a radiator flush at work, It works alot better than it sounds.

Where from? Did you drop that radiator flush and put coolant in it?

They are as reliable as you make it, if you start treating it wrong then it might give you problems, They can be made to go quite well, We currently have a vr at work that has a GT30 turbo bolted onto it, I have seen v6 commodores with boost light up the back wheels on the highway at 100km/h, I have had quite a few commodores but the vs executive I had was fairly heavy on fuel. What is your plan with it?

It is, I wanna get stuck right into the sprinter, I have done a lot of work to it since I have been at road & track, I was meant to be doing the front end in it this week but work has been flat out. Damo are they the pics you were after?

What has been done: New fuel pump gaskets. New oil filter housing to block gasket. New head gasket. New Rocker cover gasket. New spark plug tube o rings/seals. New dizzy o ring. Jon will probably have the car back at my house this weekend so i will chalk the block and so on.

When I took the head to work i put the straight edge on it and even tho i couldnt get a good corner to corner reading due to carbon on the valve recess it still looked slightly off straight, When I put the head on i put wurth silicon special around external area of the lifters/pushrods (general practice with triumph motors and so on) so that the oil side has some 'better' sealing, Unfortunatly after 3 hours or so of fixing a leak Jon just wanted to go home so thats as far as we got.

I still think the head is warped.

Most of your standard everyday lancers have mivec that arent imports.

New o rings.

I have sega gt online & sega gt 2002, The NOS is good but sucks that you only get it once, Just keep reloading.

And the car does not have the above normal amount of blow-by.
