Hey Mr P. I believe that ACL makes the one piece gasket, I'm unsure of the part number (camerondownunder88 might know), You can sometimes get the break down of part numbers that is in the full head sets so that may be an option.

I'm not pigeon holing all of you, I said THE not ALL, The way you responded to that tho is what I would expect from the younger generation, You can do better than that.

My mate was over earlier and was cutting my hair, He was using a 2 blade like i always have and the 2 blade fell off in mid cut so I had a no blade streak so now I'm bald, Thought about taking to it with a razor like my early days but fuk that.

Have you got another sump to go on? Take the windage tray/baffle plate off and clean up the surface of the block, have the oil pickup bolted on but have the windage tray/baffle plate sitting loose and place sealer on the block, and then onto the windage tray/baffle plate and quickly throw the sump on.

Sorry mate i should of said that it is 4 bolts. EDIT: Even made you a pic :P

You might also get away with taking the sump away from the baffle plate, See how you go. EDIT: I removed mine as it as it enables you to take the whole lot away so you can seal it back up:

Squeeze a spanner in and undo the oil pickup, Think it was a 10mm, might be a 12mm.

Jarred I know what you meant so I still love you :P Its a bit hard to ride on the road on the way to work due to there being about 1km of school zone parking that you have to fight buses and cars and will only be abused by impatient drivers, I give way to pedestrians while I'm on the footpath and when I come to a crossing I don't just pull out, I stand up with my bike until someone stops and then ride across.

Why is it that when you ride a bike (I work close to home and used to ride before i got lazy) people ecxpect you to get off your bike and walk it across the road at a crossing when there isnt even a sign to say get off an walk, I had one guy almost run me over as i thought he was stopping but he sped up and then abused me. I guess its the same sort of people that don't move over on the foot path and expect you to push a pram on the grass.

Its been going for quite some time now, He had a hyperpak fail due to a short out of the coil lead so it was off the road for a few weeks, It really is different/good to see a 4ag in an E7 using a v-belt system and not cut up everywhere, I might pop over there tomorrow and get some pics, Matt he only lives up the road and he likes visitors :cool:

It is fine to do so, I think I asked my brother a few questions for you about it... Most newer car touchups are done in acrylic and they are mostly painted in 2pac.

The main thing to look at is the cold start injector timing circuit (normally loacted on water outlet on back of head), Also check it for fault codes.
