  1. 20v_KE35: Front lip is custom. If 4AGE, why convert to carby? Might as well leave it as EFI like cookie said.
  2. Twas fun day. I need to download photos from my camera sometime... So slack! :) Haikal has some nice ones, esp one of the TRD oil cap from the KE70...
  3. Hehe, as of today, not only do I have lots of nutserts in my car, I also have nutserts in my house!!! :) Nutserts rock :P
  4. BTW, is that your car in your avatar?
  5. Who knows... Does it matter? :)
  6. rouland is from malaysia too i think.
  7. They do exist (and they use them a lot in interior trim), but zip ties are cheaper and easier to replace.
  8. Zip ties are easier to break than bolts.
  9. Yay, silly team shot: Phoar, go so fast: More photos
  10. But... I don't think I know anyone called Mitchel, and I don't think I was at drift nationals either?
  11. Wow, that's a lot of power...
  12. Yes I think his ECU is from Ipoh or something like that. It's on his website. Lower leaf springs, bring to suspension shop, get them to reset the springs, maybe reverse the eyes too.
  13. Really? Wasn't Chin running that custom ECU by that guy... forget his name...? I wonder what Benjamin's custom ECU is like, the one he posted up on ZTH (is his name Benjamin? I think it is) And yes, parents in Malaysia, must call dad for fathers day :angrybird:
  14. Umm... father's day in Malaysia is this Sunday (12th June) right? It wasn't like, last Sunday was it? (uh oh) *edit* Oh cool according to The Star it's 19th June, whew! I thought I forgot :angrybird:
  15. Oh cool, do you know Chin and Yogi and all them people? I can't really remember all their names, but I went TT with them when I was back there last year, August or something like that. I remember one guy had a umm... forget what year Corolla, FWD thing with Beam 3SGE, mmm so fun :angrybird: And then someone else rocked up with a really awesome Supra, but I think his clutch was stuffed so he couldn't really gas it, too much power  Chin's 20v KE70 is pretty cool too, but he didn't bring it that night.
  16. Malaysians have this slogan that's like "Malaysia Boleh!", which means "Malaysia Can!". As in like, "can do". *edit* Cookie: Welcome. Where in Malaysia?
  17. Agree with Jamie. Like or dislike someone else or their car, gives you no right to f@$k with it.
  18. If it's bolted to a K engine (and I'm sure you know what that looks like) chances are it's a K box. Or, jack your car up and look underneath. If it looks like yours, it's a K box.
  19. 20v_ke35: Read first. If you don't understand then ask specific questions about the bits you don't understand. Don't just come back and say "I don't understand, tell me everything you know", because that's not very useful for us...
  20. 20v_ke35: Then you might as well go with a 5K or something I guess. With a drift car you want a lot of torque, so stick with the bigger engines.
  21. 20v_ke35. I don't think it's actually stamped anywhere. Not that I've seen anyway. You should be able to tell between T50 and T40, one is 4 speed, one is 5 speed :angrybird: Same with K box. K box looks quite different to T box.
  22. 20v_ke35: It IS like Bill Sherwood's "How to mod a 4AGE". And yes, it IS easy to cross reference. Go see for yourself, then say a big THANK YOU to SuperJamie.
  23. If you use early T50 (Celica, forward shifter) your stock tailshaft will slot straight in. Oh yeah, unless you use a different diff... If you use late T50 you'll need the yoke from like, AE86 or similar.
  24. I think you can only do that if you can run "clean URL's" which requires PHP to run not in safe mode or something like that. Most servers have PHP running in safe mode.
  25. No, actually you can't :angrybird:
