  1. What can't be healthy? I got to round 8 too, it's bloody hard!!!
  2. And look good at the same time :D ... and now we have 2! YAY ;)
  3. Anything will fit in anything given enough work.
  4. Hmm, don't know if this should go in General Discussions or Off Topic, so here it is. To celebrate my contract going unconditional today, I went out and spent more money (YAY! Oh wait, it should be the other way around, I should be trying to save more money...) Anyway, I went out, I ooh'ed and I aaah'ed, read consumerreview.com and choice.com.au, talked to more people, ooh'ed and aaah'ed some more, read epinions.com and several other websites, and bit the bullet and bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Not having done what was planned and won a lottery, I settled for the base model Dyson, the DC05 It's basically the "baby" of the Dyson range, with only the Dual Cyclone instead of the hypercool Radix Cyclone, and without the HEPA filter. I did get a bonus Turbobruch (valued at $80) for free, and extended the warranty to 6 years - all for still less than RRP which I was rather happy with. 12 months interest free too (and I think I'm going to need it!!!) So yes, got home, plugged it in and ran around my room for about 5 minutes, and BY GOLLY it picked up a lot of stuff. Now my room feels squeeky clean (well, where I went over with the vacuum anyway). The Dyson is INCREDIBLE! Even when the canister was almost full, it was still sucking away like a young Catholic boy! Anyways... I Love My Dyson... for now :D
  5. "Honey, I shrunk the engine!!!" Rotaries are sooo small, there's so much space in that engine bay! Very nice work, looks good.
  6. Well done, Trent. Now you're well on your way to becoming a motorsport enthusiast :lock:
  7. You need a spanner.
  8. No, spring clamps are uber dodgy. Do what Rob says, get new springs.
  9. I failed my first time with flying colors... and I'd already been driving for almost 7 years before (overseas and in Australia)! Even my 2nd time wasn't perfect :lock: I don't know any road rules. Road rules? What's that? :((
  10. Good luck Trent!!!
  11. I have a small car, and my steering is bloody heavy! Personally I don't see any point in a steering wheel any smaller than 350mm in a "normal" car. Like Rob said, they usuallly have tiny wheels in formula 1's etc because that's all they can fit in there. You'll also notice a lot of them have flat bottoms, cause again they need the space. Hell, some of them don't even have bottoms or tops!
  12. I believe 350mm is the minimum size? Something like that.
  13. I agree completely. Driving Hal is a hell of a lot harder to drive then Pinky was, because it doesn't quite give you as much feedback, and everything happens so much faster. Soft suspension talks to you more, and makes things go in slow motion :lock:
  14. Miss Flirty: what rims are those? They look like chrome superlights?
  15. My photos finally up Here's a few:
  16. Mmm, rally tyres :insane:
  17. That's pretty cool. I've been waiting to hear what someone who had used it had to say...
  18. Not entirely sure yet, but I might be there...
  19. Hmm, I know a Ken like this too :insane:
  20. Utes pull big skidz too! :insane:
  21. Hornibrook Commodore pulls big skids :insane:
  22. Hmm, perhaps. There is definately a difference going to lower profile tyres, but the price difference is also an issue. I suppose if you can get tyres for that cheap then it would be worthwhile!
  23. So, when are you getting a dog then? :insane:
  24. Rob: I can't help it if you always call him "boof" :insane: Hehe, George it is then :D Shamry: One of my family friends has a staffie called Potty, and he's a really old and round staffie. He's so affectionate, it's great, he's even affectionate towards the family cat! And when it's cold he'll try to nuzzle up under your feet and keep your feet warm, other times he's just happy to sit by your side and put his chin on your hand or on your lap or something, he's a great dog :D
  25. Also means more expensive tyres though. I run 14's, never had a problem.
