And for Reed - the power windows. From what i worked out, this was about the best location for the motor. About how close you'd be aiming on getting the cable to the interior door release rod. The one spot that you'll have to be careful is around the window winder, So either pull out the winder mechanism or wind the glass up and take care on how deep you cut into the metal. Hope it helps. While i was at it, i added in the central locking solenoid Where i fitted the solenoid can be seen in the first photo, bottom right corner of the door (near the window motor) is two silver headed screws. And the lock rod from the solenoid goes straight up to the lock button at the top of the door.

And that was last nights work. Todays achievement was of welding up the holes, painting the welds and drilling new holes for the snap bushes.

Made a bit more progress on the wagon. By pulling off the drivers door Which has given me the access to the hole drilled in the car body And the hole in the door. The plan of attack is of welding up the holes, drilling in new holes in better locations and fitting this snap bushes

Amber wanted a new mixer for the kitchen. So being the cheap bastard i am I made her one :D

Posting on behalf of Trev, who's down at brissie with his brother at the moment. On tuesday things were looking good for Darryl, the doctors had taken him off the sedatives over the weekend and put him on a dialysis machine to pull out the rest of the drugs and slowly wake Darryl up, which all going well would be have been this weekend at the latest. Received a text from Trev around 5:50pm telling me that Darryl has severe swelling on the brain. So Trev shot down there to be with him. The last text i received from Trev at 9:30pm - there hasn't been much change :sob: Haven't heard from Trev this morning (no news is good news ?) So, yeah, we're hoping to get a text from Trev saying things are back on the up again for Darryl and not a phone call.

Bloody heck never thought of that one. How did it cost ? Best of luck for the weekend.

Know where your coming from on that Trev, but i guess in a way it comes with age. When i got my first car, i hacked it to bits with adding "crap" now its a case of taking a step back and thinking "is there a better way ?" These days i don't even cut the door frames for speakers - i'd sooner space them out and make use of the existing holes.

Rally 2000's, their babies Nar, make that teenagers. Have you thought of LEDs for the spread beams ? It'll cut down even more on the amp draw.

Where are you looking i haven't found anything yet. But then again i haven't been looking Anywho, something that pisses me is watching a movie and have to turn the volume down cause of the sound effects and then having to turn the volume up to hear what the actors are saying. And then half the bloody time you still can't hear what their saying. And so up goes the volume even more. Still can't hear them, so up goes the volume even more. And then BOOOOOOM And the phucking house shakes apart.
