My corona lowered 3 inch's scrubbed on the drivers side bad enough to leave strings of rubber hanging off the tire so a adjustable panard rod would have solved that. Same with my t18 now, Only scrubs on one side.

People are cheap, Simple as that. There are exceptions though, Like drag racing etc but there is no exception on the street.

$10 fuel these days will just fill the hose on the bowser and maybe dribble out. My Ke70 got 400km from a tank Te72 = 350km Mitsubishi Pajero = 350km from 70L Put a carby kit through it and see how it goes. Made alot of difference to dads rodeo.

A friend has one in the rear of his Land cruiser and seems to work ok under light to moderate loads but if you get the car bouncing up rocks/climbs etc it cracks out one wheel skids.

Just been to busy man, I will get around to it soon. Well more damage to my t18 from last night. Bent a wheel and my panard rod is like a banana, I don't think i need to say what happened.

Well i was driving along at 100kph yesterday and i felt a vibration and i was trying to determern what it was then BANG, I thought it was a blow out so i slowed down to pull over but the my wheel went past me and slammed into a on coming truck. So i replaced 4 studs and nuts and the wheel is ok but the truck is messed up and i have to pay for it out of my pocket :P

One day. Anyway on my 3rd set of tires seeing as i get them free nower days but I'm also expecting to lose my license again soon **sigh**

I haven't driven a stock 3tc but i can pull up hills on the 1st throat in 5th and slowly pick up speed and foot to the floor in 5th i can pass people quickly and wind it off the clock real quick but i have 4.3 diff gears.

A $120 pull apart and clean turned into a $290 reco radiator. New tanks, New core new everything. Main thing is it doesnt over heat anymore. In the 1 hour thrash through the city i just gave it it just sat on 1/4 so I'm happy.

Use the ae71 tailshaft and keep ya ke70 diff.

Only load sensing flasher units flash fast with LED bulbs. You can add LED bulbs to your Ke70 or what ever but you will need to wire in a normal bulb somewhere in the circuit like in the boot somewhere so it can't be seen and it will flash more normal and if its still quick use a 24v bulb. LED's use less current than normal filament bulbs so you need to keep the load like normal hence the hidden bulb/s. The only way i can see the indercators not flashing is if the circuit is stuck closed ? Most LED bulbs are not ADR approved so if you get a bastard cop and he spots them its defect time. They need to be ADR approved. The only light/s i would add to an older car is a reverse spot light. Even most spotlights are not ADR approved and are defectable. If the packet doesnt have the ADR logo or writing anywhere they arnt approved.

I'm wanting to upgrade to a 52mm alloy radiator and a 16 inch thermo fan but that setup is about $650-$700 so it will have to wait till i get my Ae82 back on the road which wont be too long now hopefully. Its bolt in too, I hate cutting up the radiator support panel to fit larger radiators, Never looks good.

Radiator is deffinatly blocked. I took it out and put it under the tap and the water came out the top tank before the bottom tank so yeah, $120 to get it flushed and new inlet/outlets because they are rusted out bad.

I also have/had KE10 2 door sedan = nothing AE82 seca = 4afc AE82 TC seca = 4age ST141 sedan = 2sc RT142 sedan = 3.8 V6 323 hatch = 1400 323 panel van = Too many engines. I am 20 and have/had these Toyota's in the last 2.5 years or so, Then theres the Mazda's ive had and cubed. 15 cars and counting.

Got all the bits i need to rebuild it, Pistons, Bearings etc. Cost me $950 for everything.
