    The Kesev!

Beer is good mmmmkay. Well the Ae70 is gone :P and the new car comes very soon :) . Its been a long 9 months or so owning the Ke70 and i have learnt so much from the site and its members especially Medicine_man and Teddy. Motovation to actually do the hard stuff myself was the most rewarding but it was taking to long on my current pay packet and housing situation so i did the right thing by my parents and myself. Thanks to all for all your support and infomation its been greatly appreciated. Here is the last photo of the Ke70 i have.
  7. Oh whoops, Read the post wrong, Maybe cross referance part numbers with 18rg and 2tg ?
  8. 4AGZE engines have a 1 way valve in the line, Maybe the same type as what Trevor mentioned.
  9. Clutch plate could be getting thin and in need of replacement ?
  10. http://www.ke70.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=201 Go to the link in that thread and have a good read, You will learn a few things. :)
  11. Whats the condition of the fluid ? Check for leaks aswell and if the Master or slave leak replace them, Not worth the effort to rebuild them. Change the fluid the bleed the system would be the 1st on my list. :)
  12. Ive heard of people getting rebuilt timing chains but I'm not excactly sure where or if its even possible.
  13. Are you going to keep the 4k ?
  14. 3rd cylinders rings are gone, 4th has blown a bit of the gaskit out but still fired allright :y: and needs valve stem seals. Just gonna rebuild the f@$ker.
  15. Checked that.
  16. Well i did another compression test and 3 is now very low, Valves are fine so i might just rebuild the bottom end. :y:
  17. Hey Hey, I replaced the leads and plugs on my st141 yesterday afternoon and it ran great apart from flat spots but thats the carby anyway its back to running on 3 cylinders ran on 4 yesterday. I have swapped the plugs and leads around around and 3 isnt working, Had compression yesterday and was even through all cylinders. Its firing but when i take the lead off when its running it makes no difference. So wtf maybe a valve stuck open ?
  18. Lol mine is just a run of the mill 4 door ke70, Yours is a 2 door very rare in Australia.

Put new Spark plugs and leads on today and it runs even better than before, Bought a pair of wheel cylinders to replace the Sadistic pair on the car. Has a knock in the front end on really hard corners so will address that tomorrow aswell oh and has a big miss just after idle so is a but tricky to drive now since Dad fiddled with it.

Haha its going to be the daily so it needs to be as road worthy as possible, Attention from the local people or the police isnt needed. The rust has no holes which means a sand and paint and she will be sweet, Boot is fairly clean aswell :y:

Well i need a new window holder rail for the left hand side rear door and the mechanism on the drivers side rear door doesnt move at all so apart both come when i have a day off work. This is the only rust in the car and check out how clean the boot is.
