  1. Ok, Just went outside and held my foot on the pedal and started it up and the pedal dropped about 1 inch. Out of all the cars ive drivin this would be the hardest.
  2. I don't have access to a Galant item but i have access to 77 lancer item, Will get it and let you guys know.
  3. Maybe but the brakes don't feel that much different with the engine off, Its slightly noticable but not much.
  4. Hey Hey, I have a RT142 Corona, Only had it for 1 month or so and ive noticed the brake pedal is very hard. The brakes don't fade at all and work great but my right leg is getting very buff. Has the booster let go at some stage ? PS: Its an Autogomagic aswell if its of any consilation.
  5. Would a 70's lancer use the same master cylinder as galant ?

    New Ke70

I bought my seats from repco (Autotecnica) and they were nice, Bought rails aswell for 60 each then realised i didnt need them so i took them back. The seats i had bolted to ke70 rails with no mods.
  7. Haha burnt bonnet, Love_ke70's bonnet on his ke70 was pealing from the turbo heat. Des :D

    New Ke70

My auto Ke70 had a 4.3 in it and my manual ae71 wagon had a 3.89. Borg warners have a little id tag on the rear of the diff, Take a can of degreaser, Wipe the crud off and it will tell you what ratio it is. Des :D
  9. Try and find a AE71 pedal box, It has a hydrualic clutch and bolts into KE70's with very little modifications. Des :D
  10. Under the tank, The rim gets held up by 2 bars that go from near the diff up near the rear bumper. There should be a hole around the rear hatch seal on the botton for a rod to stick threw, I wing nut type of thing screws onto that rod and holds it up. Might be a bit hard to understand but its hard to explain. Des :D
  11. Yep thats what i did. Worked well ;)
  12. Mine just took 3 seconds to change.
  13. QLD all the way.
  14. I think this is the excact wheel ?
  15. don't know about Infinity or the Space walker but O'Malleys above Mcdonalds on the Esplanade is a good Pub. Des ;)
  16. 4af engines use a c50(i think) not a c52 like the 4age. My old ae82 seca csx had a 4afc in it and from what i could tell it used the same mounts as the 4a-c. Should only have to rip the 4a-c out and drop the 4afc in, Hook up fuel, Vaccum and power lines and your off.
  17. Thanks guys, Went fishing in Morton bay and got sunburned as usual, But i did catch a parrot fish and 2 toad fish.
  18. I think they were a 1.9 to be precise but its a startfire engine not starfire

    My "toy Yoda"

Sif, His ke30 is the best by far.
  20. The only T motor that corona's have is a 3tgte out of a tt142 and are only an import, They use a W55 aswell. Havent seen or heard of another T powered corona or T series box ?
  21. I very much doubt it, I reckon 18rg and put twin 45mm webers on that would be awesome in a ke55.
  22. Lol, They sold a shotty turbo to a freind and then tried to back out refunding him, Ended up in court. They changed their name a few years ago aswell, I wonder why they did that  In thier engine testing corner the tester ended up catching on fire coz of his stupidity and one of the workers there looks like he works for the mafia lol.
  23. I wouldnt deal with rollinauto imports ever again. They do shotty work and sell shotty items.
  24. Corona 2.0 litres are: 18rc = SOHC, Reliable but not worth the effort. 18rg = Twincam, Reliable and twin solex's standard. 2s-c = SOHC, Mine didnt last long but other people have had them last a while even drifted with them! 22re = 2.4 litre, EFI, SOHC, They are a very torquey motor but watch out for the timing chain problems. 2sc is out of a ST141. 18r series engines are in RT corona's except RT142 which have the 22re. Those are the only Corona 2.0/2.4 litres i know of. St141 and Rt142 can look excactly the same but most St141's have single rectangle lights as Rt142 have inbuilt spot lights near the grille. People correct me if I'm wrong. Des  EDIT: 18r and 22r series engines use a W series box standard and 2s-c uses a Borg warner, Since ke55 use K50/k40 id assume the tail shaft will need some custom work.
