haha actually yea one night i was driving with my dad on one of the freeways in melbourne and it was bumper to bumper traphic and then this road bike flew past (lane splitting) then next thing i no this vy SS commodore went screaming down the emergency stopping lane looked to be 140km/h easy. Then we got like 5km up the road and there sure enough is the SS and the bike parked next too it i laughed for the next 5min!

sounds excessive, don't they run XF throttle bodies on rb25det's as an upgrade? sounds way to big even if your going to have a "fully sick 100hp 4k+et"

yes that is primer, its actually plastic primer, i will update my thread shortly with some progress and you will be able to see why i have plastic primer yea ive seen something similar and it ran off battery's and you clip it onto your pocket, i had a play with one and found it to be really cool, if you have seen "school of rock" he has one in that. sounds like this sortov thing happens everywhere: one of my sisters friends (a girl) was walking through Launceston with 2 of her friends when i group of 8 or so ran across the street and hit my sisters friend she in turn hit this other person back and a fight started, everyone ended up ok cuts and bruises but no broken bones. My sisters friend new who did it and went to the police and they didn't want to know about it. So after reporting it to the police and them not caring she told her dad and her brother who then went and had a "little chat" with this group of people. I hope everything turns out ok clown and you get better soon and i also hope these people get over it and stop being fags and starting fights for no reason John Edit: I'm looking at buying a maglite before i get my license so if someone tries 2 car car jack me i have some way 2 defend myself!

umm as far as i know they are out of a ke55 coupe and look corolla-ish to me

that car looks butt ugly at the moment but meh it will get there, and yea i would like it to be super stiff so i can do fully sick skids with no tramp and also go round corners faster. I removed the choke from the carb because I couldn't see another way but its out now! Woohooo thanks heaps Jon. However one of the screws holding the lower half to the top half seems to have seased ill soak it in WD40 after I've had some lunch but I'm not sure if that will work. Any ideas? John

ok Ive now spent 3hours working on it and have to it to a point that the only thing holding it in place is the choke! how do i disconect it? off the carb then feed it back through the firewall then just pull the dash out? (its close i can feel it :ninja:) John

Hey guys and gals, I need some help regarding the removal of my dash. First I tried to remove the top half as I need to repair it but when that failed because I couldn't get to two screws I was instructed to remove the whole dash, I started trying to do that this morning and have got all the bolts at either end of the dash but now its stuck in the middle. I think its the heater controls etc which from what i could see are screwed into the dash but I'm not sure. I have looked in my Gregory's manual but that only tells me how to remove my centre console which is already out. How do I get past this as I really need to get my dash out! John.
