Yeah I have found the same thing bolts already in place on the 30 and for 30 and 55 you can use the ta22 struts too for suspension/ brake upgrade as well

I would also like to know if I can use the ta22 pedal box easily??

Yeah well I want to do it simply coz the same body so rebuild them one at a time and you won't just be flogging one motor so they should be not too bad money wise especially as I have 6 parts cars lol

Oh I see I'll have to do some research on them and the ce70 earliest model or do they have one based on the 55 and 30?

And sorry bub I know nothing ce70?? What's the difference like what motor box diff comep it with?

Has anyone ever thought about having a collection of 3 identical base models with the different drive trains eg te70 ke 70 ae71 coz I have a ke 30 with a k and once I'm basically done the seals and bushes in it I'm going to 4age and t50 my other 30 why not get the te30 too

Oh wow thanks sooo much dudes you have helped heaps completely forgot about this topic and yeah I saw a te at the wreckers couldn't remember the model so I put in te1 and 6 came up so I went a ʞ©$ɟ it it'll sort out and yeah went to put "ke70" koni adjustables in a ke70 and shockers were too large for the struts and I wanted to do a brake upgrade anyway

Hey I'm new to this te stuff just wondering if I can use te struts of some sort hoping te16 to put in our ke70 if so do they take wider shockers such as ae 95 or ae 86 as bought koni adjustables to suit a ke 70 but they too wide for the struts and they won't take refunds

I just rebuilt my twin Asians a rebuild kit cost me 42$ so I Just figured why not get three and have a spare but yeah there really is nothing to this carbs just mind the under the top cover there's a little ball and weight in it and under your float there's a weight a tiny spring and some sort of hammer thing on top so just take photos of the dismantling as you go along to make sure you don't forget and tip it upside down into a bucket as to not lose anything

Depends what you really want to do with it as if your making big power/torque you want to soften the rears as to keep as much traction as possible

I'm no painter but I painted my 30 and I found I didn't have a powerful enough compressor so the paint was drying before it hit the car so practise on. Something else first at different distances from what your painting and speed that you move the paint applicator
