Going to be ready for 4,6 and rotor nats later this year
-
The t3 ps arms give you a crazy 1.5 turns lock to lock on the ke55 on the inboard tie rod point, prob going to try them in my bros 35, he has a little more room with the brake/strut combo he got of Ryan
-
Only thing I could get today was the ra40s, I'm also running the t3 40mm RCA's.
-
Cheers, its getting there, put the coilovers in over the last couple of days, had a few dramas with the rotors rubbing on the lcas, so I came to the conclusion that you can't use t3 ae86 ps arms with rt132 struts in a 55, you need ra40 steering arms to stop the rub. With the t3 camber tops its possible to get what looks like 4 deg of negative camber which is a bit much, but nice to have the option

Oh and techno toy tuning camber tops, rcas and ae86 ps arms

Finished rebuilding the calipers today, just waiting on new brake lines and the coilovers can go in.

Evan, the gland nuts that came with my kyb sw20 shocks are correct for my struts, everyone told me that I needed r31's as well but these are correct, I don't know if the rt132 struts have a different thread to the xt130, but I doubt it, everything else is the same. All you need is a peice of round aluminum 45mm long and it should go together. Mark, the s15 seats aren't that hard to fit if you have access to a decent range of steel, a welder and plenty of time, they mount to the side of the seat on the trans tunnel side of the seat and to the bottom on the other side, none of the holes line up across the seat so you need to pick a datum point and measure from there, I basically have a complete frame welded under the seats made from 6mm stainless steel then the corolla rails bolt to that. If you have a sedan I would recommend s4/5 rx7 seats, the only require one hole drilled in each of the corolla rails, them they bolt in, they sit too high in the coupe for me. I wish I took a photo of the mount I made. .

Nah, going to run an aluminum spacers underneath, should be low enough

Ah, sweet.

Those camero shocks should be around $250 from the states, just got mine from jegs

Cheers, I love the nardi, it had a black leather one in the car when I first got it but the leather is stuffed. Hope to have the front bar, bonnet chrome and windscreen wipers back on today and that will be the exterior done.

I've had lukey glass packed mufflers on all my corollas, not straight through though, not enough back pressure. They sound good, but not too loud with that setup.

Also got myself a set of rt132 struts to convert to coilovers, ae86ps arms, techno toy tuning camber tops and kyb agx adjustable shocks all round, going to get a set of new leaf springs as well. Fitted some s15 200sx buckets, awesome seats, sit nice, low and back because I'm a tall bastard. Also fitted my nardi woodgrain while I was at it. In the process of refurbing the grill atm

Haven't updated this for a long time... After I had a go at painting it in acrylic, and notching it pretty good, I got greenmac80 to re do it in 2pac, and it looks pretty awesome. I also changed my wheels to some southernway epsilon mesh in 14x6.5 +7, had the centers powder coated black and the outers polished.

Still running an external ignitor, had high rpm miss on my brothers 4age, at 5500 to 6000 then cleared up, was the original ae86 ignitor.
-
Does it have solid lifters, if yes then you need to reset your valve clearances

Brodie's Ke30 2Door - Supercharged, Intercooled, Megasquirt, C.o.p

http://www.diyautotune.com/cars/customer/gary_hart_studebaker.htm Have a suss at this..... With the megasquirt you can do boost control, antilag, launch control, nitrous, I'm sure you can do traction control with the correct sensors, you can do everything the top end ecu's can do for a fraction of the cost, you just need the understanding of how to do it, which Brodie has. After seeing and going for a ride in his car, and seeing how well it runs and drives, convinced me to go megasquirt for my project. This thing runs way to good to be a 30+ year old 3k. -

Nah haven't done it yet, had a bit of an issue with the paint on the car so that's held me up a bit, still undecided on what to do with the ignition side but I like the look of coil on plug. -
