Nah don't think so. I went there on a cruise about 3 months after the fires and it was open.
Were you going to do a pre run or anything Evan? A few of us could go for a pre cruise cruise and sort some shit out? I might even just go for a drive out that way one day an have a look around and maybe check out the resevoir.
What about making the cruise route go in a big loop so we don't go down the same roads twice? If we head a bit further towards Yarra Glen we could stop off at Sugarloaf Resevoir for some good photo opps.
Excellent cruise guys, the 30 loved a good thrashing up some of those twisties! LOL at how everyone was taking off after the last photo shoot hahaha.
I'm always up for another cruise! Kinglake sounds good.
I went for my Ps in Feb and I also recommend getting at least one lesson with a driving instructor. They let you know if there's anything you're doing wrong and point out all the picky little things that the assessors usually get you for during the test
You'd be suprised what you can do in a Corolla with fat tyres on the back and really low pressures.
It's sorta hard to explain but the front digs in and if you hit it too fast it would be very unpleasant for the car and for myself lol and you can't really hit it at an angle. Also get a shitload of water in the dizzy lol.
Dunno about that lol. I reckon it'd be quite handy. I've been stuck down the bottom of hills in my bush basher 30 where I've had to ride the shit outa the clutch to get out. Couldn't hit it flat out because of the creek before it lol. But I suppose that problem could also be fixed with a 7k :bash:
