Might sound like a stupid answer/sugention. I chased a problem with my dash lights not working and after chasing everything i could think of and another 3 people could think of. One of which was a rolla buff and was pretty cluey. Eventually gave up and took it to a auto elec and it turned out to be a dirty fuse box thingy. Even after i checked the fuses and scratched the connecters clean that conect the fuse ends. May help.

Test and tunes are unpredictable though. Take a gamble if theres going to be anything interesting there. Sorry about the short notice but i only found out mid week myself. Rather go to winton but will prpbably end up at Heathcoat. Agree colin about winton being a being more spectator friendly! THIS SUNDAY IS THE CRUZIN NOSTALGIA DRAGS Gates open at 7.00am, Qualifying from 9am, Racing from 1pm Entries will be taken on the day. $ 50 to Race, $ 20 to spectate Kids FREE http://www.heathcoteraceway.com.au/ Then i heard that there will be some circut racing out at Winton Sunday as well. Personally i wouldnt take anything other than my mums stocko commodore there hubcaps and everything. If you go there you are basically guaranteed a caneri. Never been to one and maybe i just hear it from the wrong people but my rolla wont be making that trip, I'm still going though. Under cover cops walk the streets booking people for drinking too, come up and ask to smell your 'coke' bottle. Stupid over policing on there behalf. Youll just have to make up your own mind if its worth coming.

Yeah ive seen that black van run before out at heathcoat. Bit of a shock to see that do a 10 ;) I wanted to come have a look at that road but my old man was keen to get home for some reason, if i had brought my car i would have come along for a look. Well I'm bumping this up to the top of the threads because i was thinking that this would be our next event and will pm people earlier about the idea. Are people intersted ??? Details listed in my first post. In the meantime i will email as many of the 'old' vic members who have posted a couple of times and then nothing to see if i can get hold of them. Fingers crossed ;)

There was also a KE30 2 door sedan there with an SR20DE and it decimated all for the race that we watched. Just befor we left from calder. Dam me bringing a VT, but my rolla was tied up for that weekend. ;)

My personal favourite of the day ;) Would complain either. Just a couple of other cars that competed. Datsun 1200 coupe with a 20V. Datsun 1000 coupe with a...I'm not sure. don't know datto stuff, SOHC something. Ford Escort Mk1 and i dontknow what it was running either. Didnt look :P Mitsubushi Galant running an FJ20 turbo.
