Has anyone given any thought that they might like to go to springnats? I was thinking this for our next event but its almost three months away. i was thinking that we could have a trip to the nats after out next event. Yeah, that was interesting. No one turned up and each club took credit for organising the meet, but said the other one hijacked the event. rthy: Are you in for rollaclub's next Vic meet? I think the problem when GZE82 tried to organise an event that joined with twincam.org i think it was that i got the feeling people wanted to have a rollaclub thing first befor joining with other clubs. We hardly know eachother as it is. Just a thought

Nicely put. They are trying to push it to work and they will to a degree but it will never completely work to everyones satisfaction because of one reason: 'Hooning cannot be black and white legally' If i decide that I'm in a hurry to get somewhere and the only way to trim the time is to take off quick at a set of lights or a stop/giveway sign or something then i can be done for excessive use of acceleration. that in its self is up to the cops descretion. If he didnt get any last night and is in a grumpy mood then you can still be done for it cause hees passing the shitty mood onto you. Its not like not wearing your seatbelt, it was either on or off. excessive use of acceleration can be used as its pleased. And for the dobbing people in, thats a load of shit! Hooning is just whats not normal to an individual and there are hundreds of different driving types out there. Example, one day i rung the neck out of first gear and even though i didnt get above the speed limit i got 2 or 3 bad glares off people. Same speed in 4th and you can't hear it. its retarded. /end rant.

My suggestion for the next event would be a simple run to the drags where we just fit in around a date that suits everyone, then when were bored with watching that (if theres anything good there at all) we could go for a little cruise to get some lunch or tea depending on what time suits people.

Great, sooner the better. Will you be likley to be at our next meet? We need to decide on a good time to have an event too? Other than saying that a sunday suits me better than Saturday I'm up for any time from next weekend onwards unless something comes up.
