Well I'm about 1/2 fitting the carpet. Its a bitch of a job. I'm almost finished with the alarm and central locking, its all mounted and i just slice its loom into the cars. But at lest the little flashy light and key less entry works :D Big thanks to rob for swapping the strut hats over, Ive got them test fitted, now i need to get the bushes and steering rack reckon to mount it all in. I need some sort of sound proofing to replace that gross burnt cheese stuff that comes on Ke70s that sits on the fire wall. For all you that don't know what it is, its foam on the bottom covered in a brittle rubber. What would be the best replacement for this?

Use the fine cutting wheels on the grinder (about 2mm thick), they are very precise if your handy with your grinder. Also wire wheels have a tendency to shoot there bristles off into flesh.

I'm about to get a bearing kit for my 4agze (bigport), but i first need to know if the bearing are differant/stronger for gzes. Just covering all bases before i spends money. Google hasnt turned up anything.

I was thinking about bolting except the thing ways about as much as the car (you can lift stock one with one hand, i struggle to lift new one with two) and wont fit on my bench :) there seems to be a notch on the top of the shock, see if any of my spanners fit it

Well i tried to get them off, and then the shock rotated with the bolt.... Is there some sort of tool i need?
