So tomm starts up the tenner this arvo, to hear 'clack clack clack' coming from the top of the engine.....bent pushrod! I had a heap of K pushrods lying round (as you do!), seems ok for now....

Passed! I really thought they would knock me back on something, but all good. They gave me an advisary warning about the key coming out of the ignition, and a worn front wheel bearing and rear uni joint. But the rest was all good! They were quite surprised that everything on the car worked! Looks shiney because we just wased it!

Hmmm, Ive got hotwires, but for a falcon! Is it drivable? if not I do have a set of stockies painted black if you really want a complete set of wheels...

Well its just about complete! Got to bung on a rear view mirror, and its off to get inspected for rego tomorrow! :y:

It will be there! don't know if we'll have the time to rego it, so it may have to be on a permit, but thats no biggy... Just about to go and put some bumpers on it!

Last year my brother and I made the trip from canberra! Had a blast, just wish we could have stayed longer! We are thinking of making the trip again next year, hopefully with a few more from canberra...keep you posted... There needs to be good rollaclub showing, we had the original rollas there!

I hope they strengthened the chassis...Looks a bit...floppy to me...

This is what I got. I have to say I was VERY happy with the door rubbers. I havent tryed the windscreen rubbers, but have heard bad things about them. As for the boot rubber, throw it away. Its a rubbish glue on thing....

What does everyone think of the national museum, then cruise over the bridge, and into the park? Entry is from 830am, so i reckon meet at the museum car park from 8ish, then head on over... Cool guys! Sounding better everyday! I've contacted the orgainisers, and there should be plenty of space! I doubt it...I know they're having a big crack down in Tuggers at the moment, targeting unrego, unliecenced etc etc....

Yeah the chased up a pair of pedal rubbers for the ke10 for me. Very helpful

ke10s were first, then there was the update ke10-b, which got ke11 dash, front apron lights (had orange indicator), different grill, rear lights, and trim etc etc. But still had the K (1100) engine... ke11 had all of those things, but got the 3K (1200) engine... hope that helps!

Passenger seat now in, as well as seat belts! Interior is just about complete!

Another shop plug, full points to 'Auto pro' in belconnen. Very helpful when it come to finding parts!

White ke70 (straight front, or whatever you call it!), rollaclub sticker on back window! And an orange ke30 in tuggers, and a red ke70 at belco auto pro. Lucky i was there, the guys (including the driver!), had no idea what model corolla it was!

Just do it. The whole point of Marques is to bring what you have, and have a great day with fellow club members! If we can have at least 5 cars there, it will be great. Bit of exposure for rollaclub! And yes the ke10 should be there!.... ....should....
