  3. Trace the wires back from the neutral park safety switch, unplug that loom and plug in a manual link or simply join up the wires mentioned above.

  11. If you really want a apprenticeship, Go to tafe and ask who the panel beater apprentices worked for last intake 2007 & or 2008 then travel around to those business asking for an apprenticeship.

  14. How much blow bye has the engine got? to test this remove the oil filler cap with it running and see how much by passed compression is exiting the filler cap.
  15. $500 to rebuild a generator thats crazy. I repair them all the time, about 4 hours work. if parts are needed another s/h unit can be found for under $50. PM me if you need some help with it.

  17. If you have a good base why strip the paint & fillers off, the factory rust preventive dip and undercoats are of an excellent quality, most backyard painter want match the factory quality.

  21. I was wrong My boot light def not factory. I have a spare wiring loom so i had a look, The 3 plug wire (A) goes to the loom behind the dash radio area, the single green wire (b) is terminated to earth at tail light harness.
  22. jack-up the rear wheels and block/put on safety stands. put in gear hand brake off rotate tail-shaft by hand see if there is any play in clutch-spline, tail-shaft splines ujoints, then thy spinning a each wheel by hand, check the rear gearbox mount as well.
  23. It depends what in-perfections you need to sand out scratches or oxidization, try 1200 or finer ultra fine wet and dry and then polish first
  24. Is everything on the drive-line tight ?
  25. I had a 4k with a swarf under the oil pump bypass valve once that was doing that, the second possibility the timing cover is being ground away slowly by the timing chain, the swarf blocking the suction screen.
