cheers! no more upgrades as of yet, pretty happy with it as is. Got a CD from my DJ mate with some QUALITY songs on it, massive difference to the sound. So enjoying the new stereo system. Got a few things planned for a bit later down the track, once my KE20 is back on the road. Ill keep the thread up to date as the upgrades happpen. For now I'm enjoying cruising around everywhere in it, since it is my daily :jamie:

that sucked Troy but these things happen. Through my experience at Regency i would recommend taking the car there AS IS, its very rare for a car to pass first time anyway (especially an older car) so might as well go and they will write you a big list of what needs to be done. Atleast then you know where you stand with it Thats what i would do, whats the worse they can do.........double defect you;)

only one way to find out i guess, and I'm keen as to try it. If it breaks ill make it stronger lol

yeh doubt it will do it with street tyres, slicks i hav no doubts it will SHOULDNT break anything. good clutch, S5 turbo box, 3 inch thick wall tailshaft, billet uni's, hilux diff. Would of thought its pretty bullit proof???

i didnt even bother getting a price for dynamat cos i remember last time i sus it out it was very expensive. Probably would of worked out the same in the end. But i do have a decent amount left over, so ill prob do the boot in my sisters merc (my old car)

hopefully have my car ready for the next one so ill come, was a decent turn out again which was good to see

$170 worth of 50mm acoustic foam and several hours of my time has fixed my boot rattle ;) It wasnt too bad before but i HATE boot/numberplate rattles, it just sounds terrible. Anyway it is no more, even when cranked up. Sounds alot better in the car now too, gives it a nice deep bass this is the stuff i used

i bet your hanging to drive it! atleast it will all be done and sweet all ready for daily duties : )

seems like youve been able to get pretty decent prices on stuff so far all brand new $700 isnt too bad, but I'm sure another second hand $200 one will do fine. spent the $500 saved elsewhere on the car, brakes, suspension, weber a healthy stock 12A with a weber (properly tuned) and a decent exhaust will go pretty well in a light corolla u should make 100ish rwkw, mine makes 155rwkw and it absolutely hammers

please don't pay $700 for a gearbox you should be about to pick up a S2/3 box for $200ish that will be plenty strong enough for an NA motor If you need help/advise on parts PM me

i run new leaf packs with an additional leaf and a half rebound leaf. Nice and stiff, havnt had too much trouble with tramp. But i think thats mainly due to the fact i don't get traction, or when i do I'm going to fast for it to tramp

got a few pics but yet to work out how to tranfer them from the new mobile. Car got dropped off at the workshop today. HKS manifold didnt fit, so I'm getting a custom one made. Bought a 60mm RACEONLY wastegate which will be here by friday.Looking at getting a GARRET turbo beanie for the car to keep temps down in the engine bay. My injectors are being hiflowed and should be back late this week or early next week. If everything runs smoothly the car could even be getting tuned next weekend Also bought a new 4inch K&N filter, new silicon 90 deg reducer bend and t-bolt clamps. New braided oil feed/drain is being made as well Car will be back frying tyres in no time :D

Ill see what i can organise in terms of pics After seeing my mates 4AGZE celica i would have to disagree about the wiring, his seems to have HEAPS more, or it may just be the fact mine is all neat so don't look anywhere near as much. cage is a bolt in 4 point half cage, nothing special. Hopefully its fairly hidden when in the car othewise i wont be using it. Paul i still want to do that headlight conversion like you've done on your car. Let me know how much they cost and ill give you the money to go get them. CHEERS!
