  1. WOW look at all the haters...... I think its sweet! Def have one
  2. $10K is gonna turn that 20 into a very nice car!
  3. prob had air in your system, running it without the cap on and letting it warm up would of got rid of the bubbles and hence solved the overheating problem. I wouldnt trust an old guage anyway though
  4. I'm running about +2-2.5 in my car, definitely makes the steering a bit heavier but nothing drastic. Prob dial in a little more once i get a bit more negative camber (just need to adjust my camber tops)
  5. JL audio sub and ported box are in the car now, sounds VERY VERY nice. Just have to organise some brackets to keep it in place. Gave the car a details so took some pics, excuse the crappy phone pics. can't wait to get a decent cam
  6. just go buy them and ill get you the cash straight away. CHEERS!
  7. :P :D :)

  9. great work Paul, car sits pretty nice with the suspension all done. Ill be hitting you up to help me with the headlight change over
  10. you'll be surprised what you can still buy new from mazda, but you will die when told the price
  11. yes they did........in the US, i bought a brand new one and a genuine 12AT front cover for my S5 motor in my car
  12. you got it!, you'll need a sump to suit to. I use a S3 13B one. If your going turbo you will need to find a 12AT front cover (goodluck getting one cheap) or tap a fitting in for the oil drain.
  13. congratulations on the new PB's
  14. all early series motors mount from the front cover, any 13BT or newer motor is mounted off the centre plate of the motor. This is how they came from the factory but can easily be changed thanks to the old/new being interchangeable
  15. crappy pics but you get the idea. Mounted to the front, small nolathane (very hard) blocks between mount and K frame. So basically solid mounted crossmember cut and rewelded lower to allow better clearance for the sump and also allow the motor to be mounted lower in the car :y:
  16. ^^^^great post, is good know there are some knowledgable trainers out there. More than i can say for a few trainers at my job. Still trying to find time to organise a split workout for you. I was thinking something along the lines of Day 1: Chest, tris, legs, abs Day 2: back, shoulders (and traps), bi's day 3: cardio REPEAT!
  17. i would of kept the spare wheel well and put the fuel set-up in it then made the false floor to cover it all, make it all neat and tidy plus legal (possibly?)
  18. i like the angry eyes, but like kiahn said little less slant. You can buy the eyelids, someone else on here posted a pic up on them on there KE20 wagon. Maybe do a search, they are removable which is probably the best option anyway
  19. All finished now, only thing left to do it bolt the sub in. Everything else is done, tidied up the wiring to my middle brake light to while i was putting the carpet back in the boot. Took a while, bit of mucking around but looks heaps better. Ill get a pic of it once the sub is bolted in, which I'm picking up over the weekend. Heres a pic of the new headunit and another pic i took of it in the carpark yesterday
  20. hav fun with the defects.....
  21. go the black eyelids, there would be closer to legal than painting the inserts and it wont effect the function of your lights
  22. we did a group buy for some to suit KE20's a while ago, they came from the US. Ended up pretty cheap so you might want to do some research into that. Heres what they look like :P
  23. Leroy @ BTR, but take a number and get in line lol. I'm FIRST!!!! My cars not in for a couple of weeks yet so if your in a rush not your best option but he does absolutely awesome work
