  1. Thanks guys. No plans at this stage to mass produce the bumpers, but you never know. the rear bumper isn't as good, the mould for the rear was taken off a taiwanese bumper so is pretty average. Both are just painted with chrome paint, i believe you can chrome fiberglass but i havent got a price yet. The problem with producing the bumpers is everyone wants bar ends, brackets and lights as well.

Hope this helps, but probally won't The reason they hit the valve stem seals is that when you buy TRD valve springs for a K engine you also need to buy the TRD valve guides, which are smaller and only take 6.6mm valves, so then you need the TRD valves and the TRD retainers and collars. TRD valve springs where only made to be used as a whole kit and not to be used for a standard 8mm valve.

  4. well it should drive now as the clutch hose was fitted today. (just need the f&*ken bleed nipple) also the bumper end moulds are coming along nicely.
  5. Just a small update Finished the rear bumper mould tonight. and i have a front fiberglass bumper ready to come out of its mould tomorrow And the car goes in for its exhaust on monday.

  7. just a small update. got the new Battery coming. at a nice price of $500 with a very large weight of 1.KG. K&N filters arrived and will be bolted up this weekend.
  8. Picked up the cyl head from the machinist today, we had them put it on the flow bench just to see. well it was a bit of a supprise. 196hp at .350thou lift

  10. The new steering wheel turned up from england on friday. fitted it up tonight, looks really good.
  11. i think the clutch out of a al21 or al25 tercel fits that(check the splines). the other thing to check with that g/box is what side the cable is on as they did have a model with a cable on the l/h side (bloody long cable)

  13. the fan will switch on if the sensor or the wire to the sensor is broken, easy to check - if you ground that sensor wire, the fan should turn off (i think it sits on top of the themostat housing - single wire)
  14. Sorry bro you'll have to pull it apart again, you forgot the drip tray. after a day of machining i finally finished one of the holders for the lower control arm bush.
  15. With the 5K - i forgot it was in there, clutch was great never had any problems. with the 4age,ask me in 6 months time when i have it going

Base idle needs set. start engine, warm it up, pull a vacum line off, turn car off, lock out ecu (wire across E1 to T1), unplug ISCV, reconnect vacum line, start car, turn idle screw until car idles, turn car off, reconnect ISCV plug & pull wire from E1 & T1. car should idle NOTE: idle should be on top of or on the side of ISCV, DON'T adjust the 4 on the throttle Bodys. good luck Black top manual >http://www.locost7.info/mirror/4age_blacktop.php
