  1. Trying to get a towbar for it actually :bash:
  2. Yeah? First I've heard of it dude, worth a look though if you know someone with a Cressy, MX83 Cressida motor parts would be usable in your case for sure though. Just had a look at your thread, good luck with it! They are ideal cruising cars :bash: Might grab some more pictures soon of it next to the KE.
  3. Chasing an AE71 speedo cable and any 4AG bits.
  4. Well, my KE is back on the road, rocking a twin DCOE weber 4AG, smallport bottom end with a bigport top end. In its untuned state it runs fairly rough but still goes well. It should have a tune by the end of the week then I'll get around to finishing the interior and a few other small things. Pretty happy with it so far though it is blowing a little bit of smoke, could be due to the fact the bigport head lacks the drain on the back of the head to drain excess oil...
  5. Hahah, Peter? Yeah I went and saw him today, looking at booking mine in for Friday, you should get in before me though! Getting a wheel alignment done on mine tomorrow.
  6. Hell yes! :bash: Did see your bus on the drive to work this afternoon at Carline. When and where are you getting it tuned man?
  7. Sure have dude! Looking to do a limiter setup like you rigged up a while back. I've just got to get the big tacho off Daim. Getting wheel alignment tomorrow, then going in for a tune Friday.
  8. Spotto'd me missing a trumpet off one of my webers, must have came off on one of the test runs. :rolla:
  9. If you take Casey (flat out) up on his offer, I have a KE70 manual pedal box kicking about. Good luck with it mate! It looks pretty neat!
  10. Yeah enough bragging. Haha, get some pictures up!
  11. Pretty sure if he gets his "Tofu Darivvery" skills on, the mother to-be won't be phased.
  12. I don't even know why my name is Josho on this forum, the only person that calls me that is my Pop. Mass respect to him, his extreme lack of hearing and his old LTD. 350dream, pm sent regarding swap of a flywheel for your worked motor, it's a good deal!
  13. I might rock up, like Ed though, depending on how I pull up from Saturday night.
  14. Whoa, that bad eh? Happy birthday btw dude.
  15. On the highway = ideal. ... around town = nom-nom-nom-nom.
  16. Spray 'N' Bake in Kings Meadows. Longford Bodyworks. Sucks to hear about the stack mate. Hope you still chuck the supercharged donk in.
  17. New pictures, hope they're not too big.
  18. Indeed I do! Done and done. Pulled out the rear speakers today thinking they were stuffed. But I was wrong, they are fine and they are a pretty flash looking setup, never seen anything like it before. I'll grab a picture them next time I have one out.
  19. I managed to get mine for under 8k, keep an eye on toymods, there has been a few sold on there for around 6-8k. That one for 19k is a fair bit overpriced, then again, maybe I just got lucky!
  20. I sure am dude, can't wait to get on the sauce with you lot again!
  21. Just pressed the button that activates the outboard motor. Did the Bass Straight easy. Nah, obviously took the Spirit of Tas, was a horrible trip, f@$k all to do on that ship!
  22. Cheers for the comments guys! I drove it from Canberra to Tassie. The previous owner drove it down to Canberra over Christmas which was lucky for me as I have friends in Canberra. Hoping like hell the bags don't go for a while, rears were replaced a couple of years ago so they should be good for some time. They are pretty rare from what I know, the only other one in Tassie I know of is now chopped up into some hotrod. These go for around 7-9k. Worth the money if you find a good one, pretty sweet bit of gear! Cheers Si Yeah the wags belongs to one of my brothers mates now, regretting selling it but hey, owning 3 cars again wasn't very practical for me, hahah.
  23. I picked this up last weekend, it's a 1989 Crown Royal Saloon G, so far I'm extremely happy with it, it's a great car, extremely comfy and the 1UZ is a great motor. Going to chuck a more trick air controller in with more features so I can slam it hard for posing, then maybe fix the indash TV so it's able to tune into aussie frequencies.
  24. how many ended up there?
  25. Yeah, saw it driving today actually, pretty neat bus.
