250 isnt bad for that. for 300 i got a white flat front with no rust. came with another okish shell that had a built 5k that had twin SU adapter plate. also came with custom interior bits(most of it old and fair shagged) and 17 rims. 1 set were crosswires with a bit of dish, 1 set was sigma 'golden wings' or some shit. rest were stockies. came with lots of other shit too. canned the f@$k out of it with mates. also came with a very thick dog smell. to get rid of it i spray and wiped the f@$k out of it as well as some mr sheen stuff. could not smell no border collie after that. but as with the smoke, if you can't beat it join it,

from what a mechanic mate who builds 500kw hpi sr20's said, go Motec, or Autronic. at very least Haltech. but it all depends on the tuner your going with and what he's ultimately comfortable with. as well as budget. 2400 would get a new motec m400 in and wired as well as tuned. but that was sr prices. that being said, a friend of mine who has a 350rwkw rb25 runs a haltech ev11, and the tuner isnt all that flash therefore the car doesnt run too good (takes ages to start cold). sorry, that doesnt help a lot. where abouts are you? joe
