yeah its not that bad actually. its spread out over a big area but it not that thick! but... a big mistake people make is that a 2pack primer is not laid on top you can use masses amounts of bog put it has to be done well. before i actually put my primer down i will be heating the bog up with a heatgun to ensure its done all the shrinking its going to do

update!!! got a overrated left hand panel!! stoked benn looking for ages!! thanks bmxsexmonkey!! used a dent puller on this massive dent worked pretty well fixed up filler neck! also finished that maaasssiiive hole! also thanks to charity (jason) helped out heaps today got my engine bay 90% sanded!! and bmxsexmonkey for all the help!!

hmm yeah i found that the drainage hole had sealing rubber grommets in em! so there was no drainage except for the rust holes!!

thanks man!! that'll be good to knock that dent off!! stage1 of repairing that hole is done!! gonna try n finish it off tomorrow!! also snap shot of work to the deleted vent and flair!

update! welded the other guard in! drivers side was waaay more rusty! but all cut and welded up! [ removed rust and previous bog job from bottom quarter! then...... upon closer inspetcion i had to remove more! now i got a biiiig hole to weld up! i reckon these rust because of the vents! the little seal degrades and water gets in sits in there along with dirt and presto!! RUST! glad to get rid of em!!

jip i wish i could move the filler elswhere but that would mean a drop tank and that would confict with other plans! oh well i'm just gonna fix it up!! update today!! wanted to get further but i ran outta bog. fibreglassed for some extra strength! fibreglassed on the inside! totally raped kesev guard! other side turned out a lot better!! still gotta get a fillr neck section to finish it off!! thanks to bmxsexmonkey for the help today!!

hmm i figure it would be hard! but it beats trying to fix the rust around the petrol filler. and my opinion is that it makes the body look cleaner! but.... i'll be doing it.. i did think that maybe cabin pressure might be a prob maybe some hidden vent behind the bumber bar or something?? i dunno.. but nissan man if you reckon its no biggie then yeah i'll be doing it!! as for the mig... its working so i'll just stick with it!!!

i'm no expert but i would say that they wouldn't a good quality 2pack will be shiney enough. and car are genreally painted like this 2pack primer acrylic colour then 2 pack clear! i don reckon mayn cars from factory woulda had a straight 2 pack spray job

hey all not really an update but i've decided to streamline my car a bit! the rear vents are gonna be shaved!!! thanks to Jaymz this is an approximation. will be straighter of course!!

220kg? :y: probs about 120kg theres a thread on toymods telling ya! and you rest the wood first then tie rope not gonna dent panels cos you can't get that sorta tension unti you lift it!

if you can't get one seriosly a 4ac motor would be pretty light. strip it down ot leave it. length of wood across quarters tie rope around it and with two people... lift!!! unbolt gearbox tho!! i did this with a k motor. and have done it once with my 20v.
