  1. ok calling on experts. i have almost finished nutting out my wiring loom. but i'm trying to hide all the wiring. so i don't want the fusebox that come with the stock loom. sooo my dilema is.. from what i can inferr is that the alt and the starter and injectors all run off of two relays linked? if this is the case can someone please draw me a diagram of how i can go about getting differetn relays and wiring them together?
  2. whats the advantage of caster adjustment? they look alot better than the ones i was looking at early last year.
  3. yeah it has a horizontal arrangement. banjo fitting takes up about 10mm-20mm. you MC is probably the problem. the pajero one is quite slim. just get yoursefl an early 30 brake booster and mc get em from a u pull it style wrecker for under 100 bucks.
  4. little update! hope to have a lot more snapps by the end of the wkend. but so far i've striped my gearbox and its sitting in a metal clean tank at work! found that my seal from toyota for theinput shaft snout actually fits!! ryan and i lifter my motor in the bay to start running the wiring... hiding all of it! the fusebox ignitor coil starter relay etc is all getting put inside the car behind the firewall. also we sussed out exactly how to finish the airbox in such a way that it hides the massively ugly afm! so minimal wiring in the bay and no clutter!! just some starter pics!
  5. you can bolt and nc pajero MC to it. and also to help with clearances you can get banjo fittings from ford telstars. and probs other cars but thats what i got.
  6. where was that done? i got quoted 1100 just for a 4k bottom end at api. and about the same again just for the head
  7. k macs... hmmm do they have adjustment increments on em? are they easy to change? they also change forwards and backwards don't they? just asking cos i want adjustables too but i wanna be able to set the camber for 0 for normal driving. there is another brand that do em but i just can't remeber where i read it.
  8. great work with thepaint!! will look sweet once the clear is on! how do you think the sued will handle sunshine etc.? i put felt on my rear shelf and after a month or so it turned yellow from sun damage.
  9. cusco trut tops? i've been trying to find where to get em for my ke55 but i can't remember where i read where to get em.... apart from k mac.
  10. interrum head until he gets the 4k head cleaned up.
  11. how about not doing a full front end swap.. cut n shut and make you current front end the same but with the pop ups. would look cool i reckon... def wouldn't be another one like it!
  12. i'll def be coming! in gfs mx5 tho.
  13. not sure if they fit ke20? measure your leafsprings width? and the also the spacer might be too big>? if there is enought interest then yeah i will talk to irokin about a group buy. will everyone want black? easier to get him to do em in one colour. or do ya'll want red!?
  14. litle update! not much happenin lately! but i got these made up! they are urethane and have aluminium spacers in em just like factory! i can get these ordered through technical urethanes for about 80 bucks for all 4 can even get em injected in black for your ninja spec!
  15. thank f&*k its done! and after all that we still gotta put the charger on AND change the head! thanks to jasons mum for the awesome scroll thingos!!
  16. well if your dad is still deadset then go here and tell all these guys they are wrong!! http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/forums/
  17. rad cap blew off. so no water in the top where the sensor is would've stayed reading normal!
  18. as above but without trying to find TRD ones does anyone know of an aftermarket adjustable shock that will fit into the rear of a ke55?/ ke30?
  19. sure is!
  20. hmmm they look good! the rear one looks like it'll bolt to the diff so that can be helpful for the ke30 diffs. hey measure the difference between stock and the pedders ones. if they are thicker then they willl be stiffer. chuck em in and see what happens!
  21. ok our process at work... we have done painting for holdens.. 2 high fill primer. yes use acrylic etch first for rusted areas. then acrylic base coat colour now acylic is soft and not hardy.. so use a 2 pack clear over the top.
  22. wicked work man!! looking forward to seein it! how has your track come up? wider rear or wider front?
  23. great idea!!! only thing is that it wouldn't pass rd worthy. fibreglass bolt ons flairs are illegal in sa cos in the event of hitting a pedestrian firbreglass shatters into splinters and can inflict more damage. hence the illegality. although the bodykit argument is a good one. but still ring the rta in adelaide and thats the answer. maybe different in another state if your worried then ring up for a confirmed answer. but if they look the goods then no one will know unless they got a magnet handy! anyways i'll be keen once i'm passed engineering etc. also quater panels and bonnets have nothing to do with structural rigidity. have you felt hhow flimsy both panel feel when off the car.? they need the car to have any sort of strength.
  24. yeah he does. its a kesev k50.
  25. so yea if you give me a pic i can tell you exactly which wire will go where!
