Jeez mate that has come up quite nice :)
When you showed me the pics of the rust in this, i was very surprised, now seeing your craftsmanship, it doesnt seem as big a job
Keep it up dude, AND don't LOSE FAITH IN FINDING ANOTHER KESEV
Mate i would jump at the chance. Feel like employing a 16yo part time?
Ive done a bit of office work at my last job, and can talk about cars until the cows come home and bugger off again.
If they pay is good I'm there :)
Probably do a better job than half the blokes doing it. No worries, cause i don't like Ford anyway
I'm driving next time i go interstate :)
Technically unemployed as i havnt had any work in over a month
Anyone in the eastern suburbs wanna employ a 16yo
Looks like a bit too much rust to have a go at unless you are 110% committed to this particular car.
Either way, these cars are great as a learning tool
Enjoy :lolcry:
Ah, thrown yourself into a good challenge then :lolcry:
May i suggest having a bit of a search for another one of these with a rust free body so one is a donor car? May be more cost efficient and easier
:y:
In the same boat with you on that one.
Not really losing sleep over it, but seriously longing for the end of June, for several reasons:
School term ends
Pickup the ke38 :lolcry:
Going to Phillip Island for a week
IN THE KE38 :y:
Gotta love that kind of timing.
Bitch :lolcry:
If i yell loud enough you may hear me from the other side of Croydon
Mini cruise to your house to view all your rolla's :y:
Well TE278U and i are from Croydon.
I suggest everybody posts up where they live and we can decide on a route where it is good for everyone willing to take part.
Just a suggestion, though take no notice of me :lolcry:
Ouch.. bit of a rip off. Should have upgraded the radiator entirely for around the same price. If they wanted $120 for that, then a similar shaped reco radiator may have been the go.
Ah well, good when it is all going tops though :lolcry:
Would run fine with that carby setup, as long as you had it jetted and tuned properly. can't see any reason for it not to work.
Any other options in mind as an alternative? :lolcry:
The rotty looks good mate :hmm:
Haha with the way petrol is, dad will probably park the commodore out back and use my car, but if possible that sounds good to me mate.
A ke70 with no rust, not many can say that :y:
Sick of DICKHEADS deciding it would be funny to swerve at bus stops and frighten women (mum and sister had this happen to them) The idiot came so close mum fainted and my sister almost got hit. All the idiots are out now cause the roads are wet and they think its the perfect opportunity to terrorize the neighborhood. It's bad enough when I'm riding in a BIKE LANE and CARS are almost clipping me when I'm almost in the gutter.
I say revoke EVERYONE'S licences and only give them back if they can pass an IQ test and be given underpowered cars.
If any of them do anything like this again to my mum or sister, get their plates and gives the boys in blue a ring.
lilydale isnt too far for some :lolcry:
Problem is; Not many places to cruise in between everywhere in Melbourne without hitting a bundle of traffic lights and congestion.
